【Responsibilities】
• Drive the development of digital business strategies and support strategic planning to accelerate key initiatives.
• Prepare management reports and business reviews, transforming data into actionable insights and concise performance updates.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to track progress of major digital and consumer banking projects, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Conduct research and analyze KPIs, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and enhance engagement strategies.
• Support execution of customer-centric initiatives across multiple channels to deliver personalized and impactful experiences.
【Requirements】
• At least 5 years of experience in business planning, strategy, or related roles within financial services or fast-paced industries.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to drive initiatives forward.
• Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into business strategies and recommendations.
• Problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
