Responsibilities:
1. Product Evangelism:
1-1 Present, promote, and sell our IC products and services to existing and potential customers.
1-2 Use solid arguments and technical knowledge to showcase the value proposition of our designs.
2. Needs Analysis:
2-1 Conduct cost-benefit analyses and needs assessments for customers.
2-2 Understand their pain points, challenges, and requirements.
3. Relationship Building:
3-1 Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships.
3-2 Be the trusted advisor—listening, empathizing, and providing tailored solutions.
4. Market Insights:
4-1 Keep your finger on the industry pulse. Understand market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
4-2 Translate these insights into actionable strategies.
5. Sales Funnel Management:
5-1 Manage the sales pipeline—from lead generation to closing deals.
5-2 Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
6. Customer Support:
6-1 Provide post-sales support. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
6-2 Be the troubleshooter when needed.
Job description:
1. Responsible for overall BIOS project development and management including planning, executing, monitoring, and closing for notebook, desktop, or workstation project.
2. Collaborate with cross-function teams including ODM/OEM/IHV/internal to make sure that the deliverables are on track with project requirements and schedules.
3. Perform the issue management via using internal issue tracking system as well as project management software e.g. JIRA on a daily basis.
4. Conduct the status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information for management level and clients.
5. Host the regular meeting in both Mandarin and English to report the project issue status and progress with clients and follow up the corresponding action requests to meet project outputs.
6. Define the tasks and allocate and manage required project resources and hardware.
7. Optimize the process when necessary to enhance the efficiency of project management.
8. Opportunity to work at client side (OEM) with the options of remote or hybrid mode.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
2. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and Google Workplace
3. Ability to multi-task and work independently to manage various project elements simultaneously
4. Self-motivated and attention to details.
5. Capacity to manage high stress situations
6. Experience in project management or testing for consumer electronic products in ODM/OEM will be a plus.
7. Knowledge in UEFI BIOS will be a plus.
●Responsible for project development from kick off to mass production to ensure project completion.
●Drive customer's requirement including spec, cost, schedule, budget, quality, regulatory and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities
This position has the responsibility for supporting the definition, introduction, and overall program management of the customer specific hardware solution requests including interfacing with client's account teams, operations team members, and customers. Key performance metrics include of the position include: overall customer satisfaction, NRE quote response time, overall development cycle time, product quality, project NRE cost and schedule adherence, as well as overall product cost and margin.
In addition to the above, the position also includes managing and executing select projects associated with the Custom Products Group’s Independent Hardware Vendor (IHV) and 3rd Party Sales programs. These programs include managing and overseeing a small cross-functional team whose activities include testing, certifying, and releasing “validated” 3rd party branded OEM solutions into the client's portfolio.
Provides assistance with coordination of multiple simultaneous custom product deliverables to assist in project execution. Personally addresses obstacles or issues minor in nature and escalates complex issues to the more senior program manager for resolution and/or corrective action(s). Gathers status updates from various team members and provides a consolidated update to the senior program manager.
Will begin to use project management tools including simple scheduling/resourcing, simple budget management, and have the ability to generate graphical data and/or metrics using raw data from the custom products database.
Will assist the Custom product Program managers as needed to drive pre-release demand planning activities, coordinate JDM factory builds and expediting activities. This can also include on-site support at JDM and/or JDM supplier locations to help ensure program schedules and/or quality standards are maintained.
