* Prepare Functional specifications to satisfy business requirements for SAP related process and reports.
* Resolve incidents on a timely basis to ensure smooth procurement and material requirement processes, utilizing skills in troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and following up on SAP incidents.
* Collaborate with other SAP functional teams to ensure proper integration of business process.
* Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with business process owners, technical and functional team members and SAP users.
* Work with BASIS team and Business process owner to define and resolve SAP authorization.

1. Design, customize, configure, and test solutions within the SAP FICO module, ensuring seamless integration with other modules such as PP, MM, SD and Workflow.
2. Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP FICO, including requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration, testing, and user training.
3. Provide expert functional support and guidance to business users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents.
4. Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements and optimizations, leveraging SAP best practices.
5. Develop and maintain functional specifications, system documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for FICO processes.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, FP&A and other SAP module experts, to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing system support.
7. Play a key role in Supermicro's S/4HANA transition, including system conversion, data migration, and new functionality implementation.
8. Configure and maintain key controls within the SAP system to ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards, including SOX.
9. Act as a liaison between the finance team and auditors during audit processes.
