技術支援工程師產品應用工程師 1. 和業務人員一起處理客戶所提出產品5g和WiFi的技術需求和問題，並提供客戶技術性回覆。 2. 提供客戶產品使用的技術訓練課程。 3. 配合業務與客戶的需求，安裝設備與處理系統問題。 4. 和業務人員一起處理不良品問題及提供售後服務。 5. 處理並改善客戶遇到的網路產品和通信產品的協議異常狀況，進而提昇客戶滿意度。 6. 收集客戶產品喜好給業務人員銷售產品作參考。 7. 撰寫產品投影片和技術說明書。 8.將客戶端所提出的需求，告知產品經理，作產品開發上的參考。 9.了解客戶端客製程式的需求，並進行程式的修改，撰寫及安裝。＋分 其他： - 熟悉 RF 和硬體 （佳） - 熟悉 3GPP 5G UE和gNB 章節 （佳）
