As a Marketing Planner based at our Taoyuan headquarters, you will shape brand strategy, craft U.S.-focused content, run integrated digital campaigns, and leverage data insights to elevate Meteor's presence across every touchpoint.

Marketing Communications
• Create content tailored to a U.S. professional audience, including product launch messaging, website blogs, social media blurbs, newsletters, sales presentations, and promotional materials.
• Act as the primary marketing contact for agency partners, responding to inquiries, maintaining relationships, and aligning on joint marketing efforts.
• Oversee and update website and social media channels; ensure content is accurate, user experience is continuously improved, and SEO best practices are followed.
• Plan and manage regular email and social media campaigns to expand reach and support product and brand objectives.
• Track and analyze performance across all marketing channels using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and AI-enabled platforms; deliver insights to guide future strategies.
• Source and manage marketing collateral and promotional items, coordinating with vendors, photographers, media partners, and freelancers for project needs.
Creative Strategy & Content Development
• Conduct in-depth research on competitors, market trends, and visual direction to support creative proposals for campaigns and product launches.
• Translate technical product features into clear, compelling messaging that aligns with industry language and resonates with our target audience.
• Prepare strategic briefs for designers and cross-functional teams to align on creative intent, positioning, and execution goals.
• Maintain and evolve the brand voice, ensuring all content produced upholds Meteor's identity and speaks with clarity and purpose.
• Stay informed on emerging design, communication, and lighting trends to proactively contribute fresh ideas to campaign planning.
Project Management
• Manage end-to-end product launch timelines by coordinating with cross-functional teams. Plan storytelling strategies and ensure creation of all supporting content, including website landing pages, technical documentation, animations, social media posts, brochures, and presentations.
• Lead tradeshow planning by researching requirements, aligning internal teams, and overseeing both strategic and logistical execution. Responsibilities include booth planning, product selection, marketing displays, giveaways, and post-show engagement.
• Monitor and manage a range of brand-building initiatives, including award submissions, website upgrades, offline marketing campaigns, partnerships with educational providers, and the integration of AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
