- Meet assigned strategic account OI and sales quota.
- Represent the whole spectrum of the business’s products and services to assigned accounts.
- Engage, expand and maintain relationships with relationships with assigned accounts.
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
- Manage and close sales opportunities discovered as a result of account initiatives through collaborations with internal and external resources.
- Work with Application Engineering team / channel partners to assist customers to solve product technical issues.
- Develop branding awareness in accounts.
1.Social CRM Management
1-1 Execute Fan-to-Member conversion initiatives to expand membership base
1-2 Manage LINE BC engagement strategies to maximize member interaction and conversion rates
2.Cross-Over Expansion & Points Program Management
2-1 Identify and cultivate cross-over partnership opportunities to enhance member benefits and points value proposition
2-2 Develop comprehensive point strategies to maximize redemption engagement
3.Segmented Member Program Development
3-1 Design and implement specialized programs for underserved emerging markets/Segments
3-2 Analyze segment performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and retention
4.AI CRM Implementation & Optimization
4-1 leverage AI tools to enhance customer journey mapping as well as to generate data-driven insights for enhanced customer engagement, then activation strategies
5.Day to day management and key area of responsibilities include:
5-1 solid grape of CRM data (with reference to market and sales data) for analysis and action
5-2 Member communication
5-3 Supplier & Business Partner collaboration
5-4 Reporting and review (local, regional and Group levels)
1. Daily administration, including data replacement, lead importing, and sending notifications.
2. Data Cleansing and Normalization.
3. Deliver CRM system functionality developments and user enhancements.
4. Create and document business requirements by working together with users.
5. Provide Salesforce training for global users (Sales, BDM, Presales), including maintaining the guidebook.
6. Create and maintain reports and dashboards, continuously monitor data quality and integrity, and assist users with report design and management.
7. Assist with internal system and data connectivity with Salesforce.

2.不定期拜訪供應商,維持良好關係並提供加值服務
3.監控每個供應商每月的業務量並調查供應商是否提出任何潛在問題。
4.擔任客戶和實驗室之間的橋樑。
5.從新的和潛在的供應商資訊中收集業務資訊以促進業務發展。
6.申請內部及外部分包款項
7.支援研討會/培訓活動。

1.Reply the Inquiries related to Quotation / Test Request Form / Sample Required / Report Status、Distribute / Pricing/issue invoices
2.Visit vendors from time to time in order to maintain good relationship and provide value-added services.
3.Monitor the monthly business volume of each vendor & investigate if any potential issue raised by the vendor.
4.Act as a bridge between the customer and the laboratory.
5.Collect business information from new and potential vendors information for business development.
6.Apply internal and external subcontract payment
7.Support seminar/training events.
