★|About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic E-Commerce Operations Specialist / Management Trainee to lead our e-commerce operations in the home furnishings sector.
This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon and Wayfair channels (and potentially other platforms in the future), ensuring smooth end-to-end operations from product setup to post-purchase experience.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, manage the complexity of SKUs and customization, and deliver a consistent, seamless customer journey.
★|Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of Amazon and Wayfair stores, including product listings, inventory synchronization, order fulfillment, and customer service
• Optimize product pages to ensure clear descriptions and accurate customization options, while collaborating with advertising and marketing teams to enhance visual quality and SEO performance
• Handle the complexity of product specifications and configurations (e.g., sizes, colors, installation methods, automation), ensuring accurate data flow across all systems
• Oversee inventory visibility across warehouses, FBA, and drop-shipping partners to reduce lead times and improve delivery accuracy
• Monitor the health and performance of Amazon and Wayfair store accounts, ensuring compliance and promptly addressing issues (e.g., product delistings, policy flags)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute promotional strategies and advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon PPC, Wayfair sales events)
• Analyze sales data, gross margins, and customer feedback to improve conversion rates and reduce return rates
• Work with product development and manufacturing teams to align operations planning with new product launches and seasonal marketing initiatives
• Establish and optimize SOPs for shipping, order routing, customized order handling, and customer service processes
• Evaluate and implement tools or automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
★|Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of e-commerce operations experience in the North American market, with priority given to candidates experienced in Amazon and Wayfair platforms
• Background in home décor, customized products, or related industries is a plus
• Proficient in Amazon Seller Central (FBA & FBM), Wayfair back-end management, and third-party integration tools
• Skilled in managing high-variation, high-SKU product catalogs with strong organizational abilities
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / Helium 10 / AI tools
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing external partners (e.g., 3PLs, listing specialists, advertising agencies)
