【About the role】
To support our expanding PowerMOS business we are looking to recruit a Product Engineer to work with our network of foundry partners during the ramp up phases of our new product lines. He/she will be responsible to assess our products potential, derive yield and cost reduction plans and implement them jointly with our foundry partners and our assembly sites.
This will involve leading the activities and managing smaller projects. With your profound knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and fab operations, you will help engineer transistors with outstanding performance.
This role is suited for individuals with a high-level motivation and enjoy working with international teams from across Asia and Europe. The role will be based in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
【What you will do】
• Assume the role of Product Engineer for Power MOS Semiconductor devices, with a focus on PowerMos products
• Define the yield roadmaps, derive the yield improvement plans and implement them jointly with wafer foundries and backends
• Product Yield Engineering: Monitor, sustain and improve the yield of relevant products
• Lead the weekly yield meetings with foundry and assembly sites
• Write yield summary reports (weekly, monthly)
• Raise early warnings if yield loss causes missing weekly delivery quotas
• Initiate and drive yield loss recovery activities
• Drive task forces (yield loss, quality, reliability, delivery)
• Support the product quality & reliability improvement activities, provide the product expertise to the teams
• Support new product introduction, support volume ramp-ups, do yield monitoring and derive a yield improvement action plan
• Drive cost reduction initiatives, drive cost reduction projects within the foundries and identify opportunities for supply chain improvements
• Assist in specifying the product test specification for wafer- and product testing and in reviewing the existing
• Write the Technical Purchasing Specifications (TPS) for new products, and sustain the existing document set
• Support the evaluation of new foundry partners. Jointly assess foundry’s production capabilities for present and new products & technologies
Requirement:
1. Education background: chemistry major with master or above degree is preferred
2. Working background: 2 years semiconductor wet cleaning or related experiences
in chemical industries is preferred
3.English: Proficient which can with Japanese guys by English
4.Chinese: Native
5.Others: Good at multi-tasking, sincere and polite personality
Job Description:

Produce 10-1,000kg scale production
Measure necessry measurement items
Control quality based on data
Manage all procurement including raw material, consumables and so on
Manage resource for production and measurement

b.Technical development
Decide our production method
Improve our product and raw material quality by filtration, purification and so on
Install and set-up new produc tion and measurement tools
Refine existing production and measurement
c. Customer support
Handle customer requirements as RD engineer for developed/developing
products
2. Make suggestions and execute actions as continuous improvement on above.

The Installation Engineer job is high profile and exciting opportunity for adventurous souls! Works under minimal direction from Management. Completes documented procedures and exercises judgment within defined procedures. Recommends changes to existing process and procedures. Primary responsibility is to strive for predictable Cycle Times and Warranty Starts for new tools installed and upgraded at our customer sites. Includes activities associated with setup, alignment, calibration, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing of highly sophisticated capital equipment. Represents the company to the customer and assumes accountability for customer satisfaction with all installation/upgrade-associated activities. Assures operational quality of system equipment. Works directly with KLA regions and customers to verify new tool performance and transfer tool responsibility. Seeks warranty sign-off on newly installed tools
Roles and Responsibilities
• Installation of new tools in the field. Follows all procedures and provides a consistent result within specified cycle times. Achieves a predictable warranty start.
• Evaluates, analyzes, diagnoses and fixes technical equipment problems related to installation. Can repair issues using standard procedures or innovate to resolve system problems which can have multiple causes.
• Solving problems and repairs of sophisticated system level problems are based on Installation Engineer's technical knowledge and training. Installation Engineers seek help from Staff Engineers and Management when problems occur that may exceed knowledge, education and training.
• Prepares field service reports and daily passdown on Installation progress and non-conformances. Contributes to post-activity Quality Feedback Report
• Hold pre-installation meetings with the customer to scope customer unique requirements then create plans of action to measure and satisfy the unique needs. Execute plans of action and validate deliverables with the customer.
• Meet with customer to facilitate warranty signoff after the activity is complete.
• Acquires all vital international travel documents and manages their personal lives to be ready for domestic and occasional international travel.
• Handles personal finances to prevent disruption to scheduled activities - even when traveling for extended periods.
• Travels domestically and internationally by commercial transportation to customer sites.
• Assists other engineers as necessary. Provides mentorship and technical assistance at customer sites. Can develop basic POAs. Provides phone and on-site support for junior engineers

Job Description
●Play a large role in assessing products with respect to craft for reliability, stability, and serviceability.

Process Technician will actively support process development and other R&D work carried out by Lam Research team at Taiwan Technology Center (TTC). The work will be performed in TTC cleanroom and will involve operation of various process and metrology tools used for device manufacturing which may include processes such as sample preparation, plasma etch, wet clean, associated metrology and inspection.
1. Supports Process Engineers in routine preparation for wafer tests, data collection and sample submissions
2. Operates etch, wet clean and metrology processing equipment with use of recipes defined by engineering team

Key Responsibilities:
1. Guide CMP applications research and material development efforts as an individual contributor by understanding the needs and providing the necessary expertise/ inputs linking polishing performance with consumable properties/ process conditions:
• Familiarize with current internal expertise in the area.
• Develop deep technical expertise in at least a couple of focus areas of the CMP Fundamentals program.
• Address short- and long-term needs with appropriate use of a combination of fundamental science/ data-based approaches without compromising on the technical rigor.
• Support customer engagements.
2. Continuously raise the level of understanding in CMP performance vs. consumable properties interactions across the application research team by: Identifying gaps in technical competencies based on needs and defining/executing necessary technical programs.

• Aiding in the roll out of a suite of user-friendly predictive models as part of CMPT's strategy towards tech support.

3. Develop and manage technical collaborations with external/ internal remote teams of experts as needed
4. Communicate findings to management and educate customers on Dupont’s technical knowhow via presentations/ reports
