1. Handling account opening and reviewing client-submitted documents.
(處理開戶及客戶送交資料審核等相關事宜 )
2. Setting up and maintaining account records and backend systems.
(帳戶設立和系統後臺設置及維護)
3. Managing daily/monthly fund transfers and commission settlement statistics for banking transactions.
(每日/每月銀行匯出及匯入帳款及佣金結算統計作業)
4. Daily reconciliation tasks across various business platforms, including reviewing account transaction details, actual fund arrivals, and daily bookkeeping.
(各業務平臺的日常對帳工作,包括每日的各帳戶明細、實際到帳情況、出入帳的日核算作業)
5. Organizing and archiving reconciliation reports and regularly sending confirmation data.
(業務對帳報表的歸檔及整理,定時發送資料確認)
6. Auditing account transactions for all newly opened accounts. In case of discrepancies, being able to promptly identify, calculate, and adjust records to ensure accuracy.
(核算所有開戶的帳務情況,如出現問題可以及時進行統計核算並調整帳務至正確狀態)
7. Proactively identifying system issues and data defects, coordinating with technical departments, and providing timely and actionable recommendations to supervisors.
(及時發現系統問題和資料缺陷,與相關技術部門進行溝通並能及時向主管提出有效的建議)
【工作安排與任務內容|What This Role Involves】
*工作日:週五至週二或週六至周三 (仍含一週內休二日)
*此班別時間為大夜班 22:00 - 07:00
* 享有周末津貼每月2,800元及大夜班津貼每月11,000元 (*兩項可同時享有,依照實際值班天數計算)
*培訓期間,早班 09:00 - 18:00 為優先
*另享有季度績效獎金
*需配合國定假日(包含春節)出勤,均依法給付加班費
*設有夜班專屬休息區,配備沙發、安靜空間,讓您在交班前後好好充電

工作安排
輪班方式:全體夥伴共同輪班,每月固定一個班別
例如:本月安排為早班平日班,整個月皆為此班別
工作日:週一至週五(固定週休六日)或假日班(周休二日,例如週二至週六,或週日至週四)
班別/時間:
早班:07:00 - 16:00 或 09:00 - 18:00
晚班:14:00 - 23:00(約每 3 個月輪一次,每月晚班津貼 6,600 元)
國定假日出勤:需配合,包含春節,加班費依規定給付
培訓期間:以早班 09:00 - 18:00 為優先安排

What this job involves (工作職責):
[Project Planning & Team Support] (專案規劃與團隊支持):
1. Assist supervisors in team structure planning and workforce allocation, evaluating role distribution and resource requirements.

2. Support the setting of annual and quarterly goals, translating them into actionable and executable project plans.
(協助設定年度與季度目標,並將目標轉換為具體可執行的計畫)
3. Break down projects into trackable tasks, establish milestones, schedules, and priorities to ensure progress transparency.
(將專案拆解為可追蹤任務,建立里程碑、排程及優先級,確保進度透明化)
[Process Design & Optimization] (流程設計與優化):
1. Develop case classification standards and review workflows to ensure consistent and compliant case handling.
(建立案件分類標準與審核作業流程,確保案件處理一致性與合規性)
2. Build and maintain case tracking mechanisms and databases to improve case retrieval and audit efficiency.
(建立並維護案件追蹤機制與資料庫,提升案件查詢與回溯效率)
3. Drive cross-region (Taipei/Malaysia/Philippines) and cross-department (Risk Control/Customer Service/Payment/Sales) process standardization, reducing operational discrepancies.
(推動跨地(台北/馬來西亞/菲律賓)與跨部門(風控/客服/支付/銷售)流程標準化,降低作業落差。
4. Conduct regular process reviews to identify bottlenecks and risks, propose improvement plans, and monitor implementation effectiveness.

1. Oversee project progress and cost to ensure objectives are achieved on time and within budget.

2. Prepare and present project progress reports to supervisors and cross-border teams regularly.

3. Establish KPIs and performance measurement standards to track and review project outcomes continuously.

[Cross-Department & Cross-Country Collaboration] (跨部門與跨國協作):
Serve as a communication bridge, coordinating cooperation and resource sharing across departments and international teams.

Support cross-border project meetings, consolidate requirements, and ensure a timely flow of information.
(支援跨國專案會議,整合需求並確保資訊即時傳遞)
Promote consistent work standards and collaboration practices among multi-location teams to enhance global project efficiency.

Direct Responsibilities:
•Training to handle orders and deals for investment products including fixed income and structured products.
•Training to respond to enquiry of product information, price quotation and order status.
•Assist to prepare product marketing materials and review related product document
•Training to conduct portfolio analysis and provide advice for necessary action.
•Track product performance and follow up recommended products and propose investment solutions
•Familiarize with external regulations and internal guidelines/procedures; ensure trades/products are done in accordance with internal rules and external regulations.
•Participate in system enhancement projects
Technical and Behavioural Competencies required:
1.Professional knowledge and experience in dealing internal and external clients as well as investment product advising.
2.Professional knowledge of investment products including Fixed Income, structured products, etc.
3.Teamwork spirit and highest standard of integrity in terms of behaviour.
Experience and Qualifications required:

- Planning and conducting new parts/vendors sourcing, development, and management
- Parts procurement, purchasing control and delivery management
- Market/Material information analysis and cost negotiation
- Conduct problem solving and quality improvement activities
- Coordinate cross-culture/function discussion and communication skill is required
- Willing to travel frequently to visit factories and suppliers in Asia
- Fluency in English and Japanese (MUST). Good presenter and storyteller with excellent logic
What this job involves:

1. Embed security best practices within the cloud environment, ensuring that security checks are automated and integrated at every stage of the software development lifecycle.

[Security Operations & Monitoring]:
1. Monitoring and Logging: Implement and maintain security monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to detect and respond to security incidents in real-time.

2. Perform threat modeling, risk assessments, and vulnerability analysis to proactively identify and address potential security threats.

3. Develop and maintain incident response plans and collaborate with relevant teams to respond to and mitigate security incidents.

1. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) by integrating relevant security controls and conducting regular audits.
