Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

About The Role
We are looking for a results-oriented and strategic Marketing Assistant Manager/ Manager to support the planning and execution of high-impact campaigns, while taking ownership of media buying strategy and performance. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring integrated marketing plans to life, ensuring that every campaign reaches the right audience with measurable results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
●Coordinate and manage integrated media buy planning and execution across digital and traditional channels.
●Track and analyze media performance and optimize for KPIs.
●Partner with internal agencies to ensure smooth execution of media strategies.
●Participate in campaign strategy development, from concept to rollout, for national massive campaign launches, new product campaigns, EC digital campaigns, etc.
●Collaborate within marketing and with other departments to align messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
●Deliver post-campaign analysis and key learnings to continuously enhance media effectiveness and campaign performance.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
●5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, with solid media buying and campaign planning background.
●Familiar with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
●Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategy.
●Familiarity with 360° marketing campaign planning, from branding to performance.
●Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
●Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and media partners.
●Good at English/Japanese is a plus, and is able to communicate with Japan HQ and worldwide teams.

主要職責
1) 產品管理與市場推廣
• 擬定並執行台灣市場的產品行銷計畫
• 收集在地市場回饋,與原廠討論產品定位與推廣重點
• 管理產品生命週期,包含上市規劃、產品退場與新產品導入
• 協助開發在地推廣素材(含醫療簡報、數位內容與活動支援)
2) 業務支援與客戶互動
• 提供業務團隊產品訓練與簡報工具
• 支援關鍵醫療機構之臨床推廣活動(含醫師教育、手術參訪、現場支援)
• 與外商原廠及本地銷售團隊協同合作,確保業績達成
3) 跨部門與原廠協作
• 定期與外商品牌總部或區域團隊溝通:行銷策略、產品需求、價格政策、供應狀況
• 協助法規與醫材註冊團隊準備原廠文件,支援送審與健保作業
• 追蹤原廠新品開發進度,評估其引進台灣之可行性與潛力
我們希望你具備
• 大學以上學歷,醫學、生技、藥學或相關背景
• 至少 3 年以上醫療器材產品行銷/管理經驗,具代理商或原廠經驗者尤佳
• 熟悉心血管介入醫材或手術室相關流程尤佳
• 具良好中英文溝通能力,能與國外廠商直接聯繫協作
• 具備團隊合作精神、主動積極、可獨立作業並同時處理多項任務

Key Responsibilities
1) Product Management & Marketing Execution
• Develop and implement marketing plans for cardiovascular interventional products in the Taiwan market
• Collect local market insights and collaborate with global brand teams to localize positioning and messaging
• Manage full product lifecycle including new product launch, phase-out, and in-market strategy
• Create localized promotional materials (e.g., clinical decks, digital content, and event support)
2) Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement
• Provide product training and selling tools for the local sales team
• Support clinical promotion activities at key hospitals, including physician education, case observations, and on-site assistance
• Collaborate closely with both the international brand team and local sales force to ensure commercial success
3) Cross-functional & Global Coordination
• Maintain regular communication with global/regional teams on marketing strategy, supply status, pricing, and product updates
• Support regulatory and market access teams in preparing technical dossiers and reimbursement submissions
• Monitor global product development and assess feasibility of local product introductions
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in product management or marketing in the medical device industry; agency or distributor experience preferred
• Familiarity with cardiovascular intervention or surgical/OR workflows is a plus
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin; capable of professional communication with global teams
• Strong collaboration, self-management, and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience in cath lab clinical promotion or case support
• Knowledge of TFDA regulatory pathways and Taiwan NHI reimbursement system
• Previous collaboration experience with international brand teams or cross-regional projects
