We're looking for an HR Generalist who will support a wide range of people operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, performance programs, HR systems, and daily HR processes. This role collaborates with the HR team and business stakeholders to deliver practical HR solutions, streamline workflows, support HR initiatives, and ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
[Responsibilities]
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Own the hiring process for your assigned positions—from posting jobs to onboarding new teammates. Support other hires when needed. Ensure every new team member feels supported and part of the team.
- Training & Development: Help design, coordinate, and execute training programs and development opportunities for the team. Support initiatives that help teammates grow their skills.
- Performance Programs: Support the preparation and coordination of performance appraisal cycles, and leverage tools to streamline processes for smooth execution.
- HRIS & Process Design: Maintain HR systems, optimize forms and workflows, and ensure HR data is accurate. Contribute to streamlining HR processes and improving efficiency.
- Policy & Compliance: Organize and facilitate labor-management meetings. Update and maintain HR policies and SOPs, and ensure HR-related activities comply with labor laws.
- Team & Company Initiatives: Take on additional HR-related projects or other tasks as needed to help the HR team and company reach its goals.

- HR Know-How & Labor Law Awareness: Practical understanding of core HR processes and policies, and basic Taiwan labor law compliance.

• Develop and provide necessary reports, researches and analysis upon the needs of the company’s strategic goals to meet the management requirements.
• Assist the C&B Director to plan, design, evaluate and implement HR-related projects to align with HR key KPI.
• Review market data and assist to build up the comprehensive salary structure for overseas employees.
• Analysis and propose the comprehensive package for international assignment case with tax simulation and other calculations upon requirement.
• Supervise the operation and related matter for expatriates and global assignees to ensure for a smooth assignment process.
• Monitor, manage, problem solving and feedback seeking on local and overseas payroll system. Continuous development and improvisation for the effectiveness and efficiency of the system.

Qualification
•At least 10 years HR professional experience including 3 years in leader experience
•Familiar with Microsoft office
•Good command of spoken and written in English
•Overseas HR experience or assuming regional / multinational / HQ HR role is a plus
