1. Responsible for process design and development for new product, and contact with customer as technical window person.
2. In charge of the NPI phase process assessment, identify the critical points with potential risk for future mass production.
3. Lead the new & critical process development, drive the cross team to follow the process qualification procedure and ensure implementation.
4. Involve in the new product functional evaluation, and provide the positive support from assembly process points of view.
5. Responsible the new process validation with DOE plan definition, including of the related documentation management.
6. Support the production line to solve the critical issue during the mass production trail running.
7. Keep the effective communication with customer; ensure the customer audit smoothly as plan.
8. Take part in the continuous improvement on assembly process, to enhance the efficiency.

Responsibilities
Process Technician will actively support process development and other R&D work carried out by Lam Research team at Taiwan Technology Center (TTC). The work will be performed in TTC cleanroom and will involve operation of various process and metrology tools used for device manufacturing which may include processes such as sample preparation, plasma etch, wet clean, associated metrology and inspection.
1. Supports Process Engineers in routine preparation for wafer tests, data collection and sample submissions
2. Operates etch, wet clean and metrology processing equipment with use of recipes defined by engineering team
3. Provides technical assistance to process development carried out by R&D team
4. Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and schematics of results for presentation to engineering

As an Automatic Testing Engineer (ATE), you'll focus on optimizing test processes, improving debugging efficiency, and enhancing production yield rates by cross-functional coordination and teamwork, ensuring smooth communication between engineering, quality, and production teams. By applying DFX (Design for Testing & Repairing) principles, you'll develop better testing solutions to enhance manufacturability, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

1. Perform failure analysis and repair on PCBAs with test failures, identifying issues beyond visual inspection.
2. Conduct automated test debugging and troubleshooting, ensuring restored functionality.
3. Handle production line test failures, track abnormalities, and refine troubleshooting workflows.
Provide detailed failure reports to customers, clarifying internal test findings and facilitating discussions.
4. Adjust and optimize test programs to improve accuracy, efficiency, and process stability.
5. Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance testing and repair methodologies.
Support RMA services, ensuring repaired units meet quality standards and customer expectations.
