Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assembly and testing subcon quality management, to manage
all events which subjected to quality issue.
- External abnormal reporting handling. Drive subcon on problem solving and
failure analysis to determine the root cause of quality incident and bring out
CAPA to solve the issue.
- Work with subcon and cross function team for MRB case for lot disposition.
- Collaborate with subcon and CQE and cross function team to follow and track
the 8D report for customer claim/request.
- Experienced in handling PCN project for change management as well as CRB and
safe launch/ramping up.
- Surveyed, managed, evaluated and audited sub-con regularly.
- Regularly review subcon quality agenda and performance, drive for continue
improvement.
- On-site check/audit subcon process/product control and lead on subcon quality
improvement.
- Liaised between internal team and subcons for quality related subject.

Requirements
o A bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Server Assembly Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
o Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing system assembly or mechanical engineering, familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing technologies
Responsibilities
o Design and implement manufacturing processes and systems
o Develop and test automated and manual systems
o Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria
o Collaborate with Quality Control Teams to ensure products meet established standards
o Design manufacturing fixtures and equipment, including installation, validation, and maintenance
o Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services
o Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements
o Optimize facility layouts, production lines, and machine operations
o Monitor production costs and assist in budget preparation while implementing measures to reduce waste and manage expenses
o Train workers in new and existing manufacturing processes
o Work closely with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth facility operations, including coordinating plans, resolving manufacturing issues and continuously improving production effective and performance
