We are looking for an HR Specialist with a focus on Compensation & Benefits to support day-to-day HR operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring payroll accuracy, benefits execution, policy compliance, and providing general employee support. You will also assist with recruitment coordination on an as-needed basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Employee Services
• Manage full employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements

Position: HR Payroll Specialist
- Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily payroll operations, focusing on Taiwan's daily worker payroll.
• Manage payroll compliance activities, including annual tax and insurance payments and filings.
• Support SOX compliance documentation for all processes.
• Partner on process improvement and project initiatives.
• Co-work with payroll vendors to ensure successful payroll operations, including monthly payroll calculation for over 500 employees.
• Fulfill internal and external reporting requirements.

- Basic Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Taiwan's IIT policies and labor laws.

- Preferred Qualifications:

How you will contribute

Who you are

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Taiwan with a strong focus on payroll and operations
• Solid understanding of Taiwan labor laws, social insurance, and tax regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Workday and 104 payroll system is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in retail or multinational environments is an advantage.
