Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for BMS, fire alarm system, air-compress, city water, HVAC, chiller, waste-water treatment, firefighting, dust collection etc.
• Make work plan, complete the plan with technical staff, check the implementation results and track the long-term effectiveness.
• Establish and optimize the existing program files to ensure the effectiveness of preventive maintenance to reduce the frequency of emergency repair.
• Extend sustainability COE capability/products to support design(research), development and engineering for products and manufacturing process technologies with sustainability.
• Facility equipment and utility system design, installation, commissioning and start up.
• Facility system optimization, cost down and energy saving engagement.
• Draft, review and implementation technical proposal in project.
• Work with Contractor, project team and safety team to address any installation issues.
• Provide training and assessment for technical personnel to ensure that they master the necessary skills.
• Responsible for spare parts management system and localization.
Experience & Required Skills:
• 3+ years' experience working in facility operations and maintenance in large-scale factories.
• Familiar with facility equipment, and rich hands-on experiences with facility equipment operations and maintenance.
• Familiar with facility equipment principle, familiar with equipment maintenance and repair process.
• Able to repair and maintain facility equipment and engage in on-site work.
• Familiar with modern office software, Auto CAD.
• Have good team-work spirit and strong communication and coordination ability.
