1.依據開發部門需求，詢比議適合之國內外供應商。 2.對採購之物料、零部件有敏感度，了解相關物料零部件之成本及結構原理。 3.能站在公司立場，不定期持續與既有供應商協調降本事宜。 4.對供應商之供貨品質、交期要有明確、合理之要求。 5.依輕重緩急，有計劃執行供應商品質提升、成本降低之責任份額。 6.處理貨品遺失或延遲的採購問題。 7.定期進行請款作業，並整理相關表單（如：請款單、驗收單、訂購單）。 8.依交期、品質、客訴實際情況，建立供應商評比資料。 9.維繫與供應商良好之夥伴關係，並持續開發新供應商。 10.其他主管交辦事宜。
