As an ESG Sustainbility & Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the company’s ESG strategies. This position is part of the General Manager Office, demonstrating the company’s strong commitment to making ESG a core part of its business strategy.
Your responsibilities will include corporate sustainability management, carbon reduction planning, product carbon footprint assessments, and international ESG certifications. You will also collaborate across departments to drive the company’s sustainability goals and engage with stakeholders.
In response to the growing global focus on net-zero emissions, sustainable supply chains, and regulatory compliance, this role is expected to become a key driver of ESG transformation and innovation within the company, working closely with senior management to enhance the company’s sustainability competitiveness.

Responsibilities :
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Promote organizational greenhouse gas inventory for domestic and international sites, achieve carbon reduction goals, and foster climate action.

3. Execute ESG/renewable energy-related international certifications to enhance the company's sustainable competitiveness in the global market.
Secondary Support:
4. Integrate and prepare corporate sustainability reports to meet regulatory requirements and stakeholder demands.
5. Integrate corporate governance assessments to promote sustainable development dimensions, enhancing corporate governance and sustainability performance.
6. Drive and maintain the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) management system to ensure the supply chain meets sustainability standards.

For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred

3.圖面繪製與審查

6.出差支援

•Size and select equipment, review and customize specifications with vendor.
•Verify and organize all equipment data sheets provided from vendor. Including delivery schedules, equipment drawings (motors, pumps, valves, compressors, space heaters, generators, engines, sensors, tanks, strainers, etc.), data sheets, calculations, spare parts, and product data.
•Drafting and reviewing floor plan drawings, P&ID drawings, control diagram and construction plan.
•Builds project schedule that timelines from project kick off, to final testing and also after services.
•Partners with vendor, sales and procurement team to ensure BOM’s accuracy and timely deliveries.
•Travel to customer locations with sales for technical support.
•Schedule and facilitate meetings with vendors, customers, sales, and other departments.
•Other duties, as assigned.
