Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

1. Hard Services Maintenance & Repair
- Manage CBRE EST (Engineering Service Team) inspections and execute PPM tasks.
- Assist with equipment repair requests.
- Support fire drills and fire safety inspections.
2. Workspace Management
- Act as the main contact point with BTO and manage building-related applications.
- Oversee janitorial services.
- Conduct workplace orientation for new employees.
- Manage office decorations and seasonal setups.
- Oversee pantry and general office supplies.
- Maintain all indoor plants (existing, new, and replacements).
- Coordinate weekly high-tea arrangements.
3. Facility Administration/Operation Management
- Handle visitor registration and issue visitor passes.
- Escort visitors when required.
- Manage mail handling and courier arrangements.
- Serve as the main contact point for DHL customs clearance.
4. Security/Access Management
- Generate the Monthly Access Control Report.
- Manage badge and access card issuance and deactivation.
5. Events
- Arrange monthly gathering
- Coordinate team events such as Year-End Party, Spring Party, Team Building, Family Day, and Sports Day
- Support other events including People Offsite, Team Building, Earth Day, and Thanksgiving
- Provide pre-event planning and post-event reporting
6. Support People Team
- Assist the People Team with employee onboarding and offboarding.
7. IT Support
- Manage IT asset inventory including laptops, mice, and keyboards.
- Assist with resetting returned laptops.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for AV equipment.
This role will be employed via JLL and based at our FAANG client in Xinyi District.
Job Description:
• Manage and maintain Space Data base, FMS, HC and Seats capacity
• Be the POC of TPE FM Team toward BU Space POC
• Manage MAC (Move, Add & Change) of the work space as the request from the BU (Business Unit) after aligned with GCR OP Team
• Support office supplies, pantry supplies, cleaning consumables and inventory check
• Support Finance, maintain the monthly payment & actual cost tracker for TPE11& 14
• Support budget planning and cost control, fixed assets management
• Support and coordinate with counterpart as IT/EHS/HR/ACS/PR/Legal related affairs or initiatives with GREF
• Support global & local initiatives
• Support office events (ex: seasonal office deco, CNY Worship Ceremony, etc…)
• Support & backup reception counter whenever needed (ex: lunch break, teammates in meetings or on leave, etc…)
