Role and responsibilities For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost. Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines. -Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution -Monitoring of worldwide shipments  -Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes -Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review -Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML -This position requires shift work. 1. 領導開發團隊，以確保產品準時出貨。 2. 管理開發各組工作效能，跨部門連結產品資訊，定期檢視工作成果。 3. 開發鞋子新型體與客戶討論溝通相關事宜。 4. 監督內部統整資料，確保開發型體順利進入量產階段。 5. 負責品牌客戶接待事宜。 6. 強化開發部門組織效能及開發員能力培養。 7.所有階段樣品的材料進度及樣品進度追蹤。 8. 領導開發團隊，以確保產品準時出貨。

1. Working with Customer Development team, Engineer and factory sample room technical team to develop the product to meet Design Requirement within the co-operate timeline. 2. Daily communication with Customer and factory team to ensure product meets design requirement in aesthetic by obtaining the approval. 3. Partner with engineering team to maintain the high quality of product. 4. Meet the co-operate timeline thru sample schedule follow up to production, report on the timely basis. 5. Supporting and getting sample approval at different stage of sampling based on the product information from customer and engineers throughout the development to commercialization process. (e.g. confirmation samples) 6. Follow up the production schedule; work with planning team to ensure ship the finished goods on time. 7. Maintaining information accuracy, sharing information between cross functions for ensuring the product correctness. 8. Updating system to status report is a must.
