Responsibilities
• Audit and evaluate Contract Manufacturers’ production lines and quality systems for production readiness.
• Audit peripheral suppliers and vendors to verify compliance with VDA 6.3 standards.
• Lead all communications on root cause analysis and supplier corrective actions.
• Conduct on-site quality inspections, audits, and maintain control plans to ensure critical features are controlled throughout the assembly/production processes.
• Identify opportunities for quality control enhancements and implement new methods accordingly.
• Support the new supplier selection process by conducting audits as required.

Responsibilities
Reliability Testing & Validation
⭐Plan and execute comprehensive reliability validation across electrical, environmental, acoustic, and system-level domains.
Develop and implement long-term reliability test strategies, including MTBF, HALT, thermal cycling, vibration, humidity, and drop testing.
Create electrical validation plans to ensure signal integrity, power stability, and component performance under various operating conditions.
Perform acoustic validation to evaluate audio quality, noise levels, and microphone/speaker performance in conferencing environments.
Validate system-level integration to ensure seamless operation across hardware, firmware, and software components.
Conduct stress, aging, and environmental testing to simulate real-world usage scenarios.
⭐Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with hardware, mechanical, and software teams to align validation activities with product requirements.
Participate in design reviews and provide reliability input during NPI (New Product Introduction) and product development phases.
Tool & SOP Development
Define and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reliability, electrical, acoustic, and environmental testing.
Support the development and calibration of custom test fixtures and automation tools.

Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for validation processes, test plans, and results.
Clearly and effectively communicate technical findings and reliability risks to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Proficient in testing methodologies for hardware components.

■Ensure that committed departmental store targets and overall sales targets are achieved.
■Negotiate with store owners for good animation areas and promotional programs.
■Ensure that marketing programs are effectively communicated to the sales team and the necessary logistics are well managed.
■Meet with the sales team regularly to monitor their sales achievement and motivational level.
■Motivate the distribution channels through exciting joint programs, incentives, sales ideas, etc. to ensure that we are accorded preferred status.
■Forecast sufficient selling stocks, testers, POS materials and samples for each promotion.
■Review average sale of the brand and plan purchases accordingly. Slow moving merchandise should be kept to the absolute minimum.
■Ensure stock holding is maintained at the correct level to maximize sales and ensure that merchandise is distributed effectively to meet sales demand.
■Take quick action on slow moving or dead stock. Stock holding should be kept to 60 days.
SALES, FINANCE, P&L
■Prepare and establish annual sales targets and plans for each brand for Management approval prior to start of financial year.
■Ensure approved sales targets are achieved.
■Determine operating and expense budgets for all brands and ensure that such budgets are effectively managed. A&P budget should normally be kept within budget.
■Ensure general costs of carrying out brand management/operations are minimized and profits are maximized effectively.
■Ensure that budgeted product contribution is kept for each brand
■Prepare internal and principal budgets based on company and brand directions taking into account product contributions.
MANAGEMENT REPORTING & OTHERS
■Provide GM/BM with timely, accurate and regular business progress reports.
■Provide also updated and accurate information of general market trends and competitors’ activities for decision making and business development.
■Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
■To be the service key trade accounts on designated trade partners. Ensure that overall store efficiency in terms of returns per square foot are kept through brand and corporate promotions

Product Compliance Program Manager is responsible for managing Product Compliance, Chemical management program including RSL/MRSL management and wastewater management, leading company wastewater and product safety compliance standards throughout the global manufacturing base, with the goal to meet customer requirements, reduce/eliminate risk to workers and consumers, the environment, the company and brands.
【Product Compliance Program Development and Deployment 】
• Manage corporate Restricted Substance List (RSL) policy implementation and product compliance failure remediation with vendors partners and internal business partners, supplier product compliance tracking and reporting.
• Manage corporate Chemical Management Policy deployment, aligning with industrial practice and meet the requirement.
• Support research on sustainable chemistries or green chemistry alternative if require
• Develop branded fiber process to ensure the brands meet global labelling regulation and requirements
• Develop global labelling manual and work with internal stakeholders to create standard operation process
• Support claims validation for wholesale account requests
• Track Wastewater global regulation and industrial standard, meeting country regulation and align with industrial practices.
• Lead the remediation if any Wastewater compliance failure, find out the root cause by partnering with vendors, provide leadership and make recommendation to minimize the business impact.
• Assess international market program requirements and establish future process to support business growth
• Advance Global Product Compliance Team goals and objectives through additional projects and cross-functional support as needed
【Supply Chain Product Compliance and Wastewater Management Performance Assessment】
• Execute the Chemical and Wastewater Management assessment tools (Higg FEM) to supply chain, driving the completion and verification rate improvement to give visibility of supply chain performance.
• Manage and track factory KPI to measure compliance performance including wastewater discharge permit and support the integration with material sourcing system.
• Conduct onsite factory audits for chemical management, RSL and wastewater compliance when necessary.
【Supply Chain Engagement, Training and Improvement】
• Identify and analyse the performance gap of supply chain to develop required training program, collaborating with manufacturing partners including liaison office material team and production. Provide recommendation to solve vendor's challenge during the program implementation.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders building relationship with the company manufacturing partners and the industry including testing service providers, GIZ fabric and other brands
• Lead vendor meeting to communicate vendor performance and make recommendation of score card improvement.
• Communicate and deliver technical RSL and Wastewater training to internal and external stakeholders, acting as technical center to business partners for product compliance and wastewater requirement.
• On-boarding the new hire from liaison offices and new vendors, introducing of company compliance policy and process
• Manage capacity building programs by collaborating with business partner and service providers, including stakeholders' engagement, program status tracking, make recommendation of improvement, negotiate with vendors or manufacturing partners to adopt required change.
