The Project Coordinator at Calls Over Ridges (COR) headquarters plays a central operational role in overseeing, organizing, and reporting the progress of educational projects managed by local teams. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring that project cycle is systematically managed, that local project managers uphold COR's operational standards, and that accurate, actionable data is available to COR leadership. The Project Coordinator/ Manager also coordinates with the Brand Department to identify and share project insights, event highlights, and individual stories that support COR's communication and marketing
efforts. This is a headquarters-based role primarily focused on internal project management, with opportunities for occasional field visits and collaboration with local teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support Project Manager on the following assignments :
• Project Cycle Oversight
Monitor the progress of educational projects managed by local teams, uphold COR
headquarters' policies and operational standards, and ensure project execution aligns with organizational goals.
• Project Data and Information Management
Collect, verify, organize, and maintain all project documentation and data across
locations; prepare internal reports summarizing project status, challenges, and
successes for leadership review.
• Coordination and Cross-Departmental Support
Work closely with the Brand Department to extract project information, individual
event highlights, and stories from projects that support marketing and communication initiatives; collaborate with other HQ teams (finance, HR) to support seamless project operations.
• Quality Assurance and Process Improvement
Evaluate local project managers’ reporting and performance, identify areas for support or improvement, and contribute to the continuous strengthening of COR's project management tools, standards, and systems.
