⚫ Maintain robust technology foundation to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure services, meeting business requirements, aligned with established standards and best practices, and fulfill rick controls.
⚫ Design, plan, and implement system and network architectures that are high performing, scalable, fault tolerant, secure, and compliant, and provide integration support with enterprise infrastructure environment.
⚫ Oversee the regular system operations and provide application support to ensure the functionality, availability, and security of systems, data, backups, and communications.
⚫ Support solution design for managed, integrated, and hosting services based on technology standard, covering IT infrastructure architecting, cloud computing engineering, development framework, application release, system operation and support.
⚫ Experience with AWS, containerized deployments using Kubernetes/Docker, and working in a DevOps environment, backend REST API architecture.
⚫ Accountable for the timely delivery of required IT services to support business operations, and for clearly defining and communicating the operational support model. Provide the necessary oversight to ensure proper prioritization and timely resolution of reported incidents, mobilizing subject matter experts as needed.
⚫ Prepare and manage infrastructure budget including hardware, software, and vendor services.
⚫ Manage and drive IT infrastructure initiatives, and bring in the best practices for cloud, virtualization, WAN optimization etc. while optimizing the TCO.
⚫ Responsible for IT foundation governance, serving as primary contact for IT audits and take the lead in implementing required IT-related corrective measures.
⚫ Ensure regular maintenance of IT infrastructure to minimize business disruption. Regularly review IT service delivery performance vis-à-vis standards and best practices, leveraging the IT performance management platform to gain meaningful and actionable insights to improve service quality and performance efficiency.
