The intent of this position is to support space planning and management activities for the Taiwan campus portfolio. The Occupancy Planner is part of our on-site Global Occupancy and Space Planning team and will be responsible for space planning, programming, and supporting the team in developing occupancy plans. Also, processing new hire requests, terminations, and weekly move requests, with opportunities in helping to shape and launch space management policies, standards, and processes.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with BU customers to provide excellent customer service
• Gather programming requirements to develop project scope, schedule, and budget on office reconfigurations, move, and tenant improvement projects
• Provide design layouts of new and existing office space and furniture as needed for move and tenant improvement projects
• Working furniture vendors to develop move plans with space assignments, occupancy plans, and furniture reconfiguration requirements
• Conduct building audits to verify that employee locations, furniture layout and room configurations are correctly noted on floor plans
• Manages relocations including the development and execution of project planning activities, timing of group moves/relocations, and final relocations
• Participates in the development and integration of space management tools, processes, standards, and policies to improve efficiencies
• Present and negotiate with business units to implement plans aligned with corporate guidelines, including scenarios to optimize use of space while meeting business requirements
The Installation Engineer job is high profile and exciting opportunity for adventurous souls! Works under minimal direction from Management. Completes documented procedures and exercises judgment within defined procedures. Recommends changes to existing process and procedures. Primary responsibility is to strive for predictable Cycle Times and Warranty Starts for new tools installed and upgraded at our customer sites. Includes activities associated with setup, alignment, calibration, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing of highly sophisticated capital equipment. Represents the company to the customer and assumes accountability for customer satisfaction with all installation/upgrade-associated activities. Assures operational quality of system equipment. Works directly with KLA regions and customers to verify new tool performance and transfer tool responsibility. Seeks warranty sign-off on newly installed tools
Roles and Responsibilities
• Installation of new tools in the field. Follows all procedures and provides a consistent result within specified cycle times. Achieves a predictable warranty start.
• Evaluates, analyzes, diagnoses and fixes technical equipment problems related to installation. Can repair issues using standard procedures or innovate to resolve system problems which can have multiple causes.
• Solving problems and repairs of sophisticated system level problems are based on Installation Engineer's technical knowledge and training. Installation Engineers seek help from Staff Engineers and Management when problems occur that may exceed knowledge, education and training.
• Prepares field service reports and daily passdown on Installation progress and non-conformances. Contributes to post-activity Quality Feedback Report
• Hold pre-installation meetings with the customer to scope customer unique requirements then create plans of action to measure and satisfy the unique needs. Execute plans of action and validate deliverables with the customer.
• Meet with customer to facilitate warranty signoff after the activity is complete.
• Acquires all vital international travel documents and manages their personal lives to be ready for domestic and occasional international travel.
• Handles personal finances to prevent disruption to scheduled activities - even when traveling for extended periods.
• Travels domestically and internationally by commercial transportation to customer sites.
• Assists other engineers as necessary. Provides mentorship and technical assistance at customer sites. Can develop basic POAs. Provides phone and on-site support for junior engineers

Responsibilities
- Support SW Design Engineers in development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improve software for our semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Able to triage mechanical, electrical and software bugs
- Responsible to manage escalation calls with field support engineers and customers at local level
- Work with QA / Support team to add replicated bugs to regression
- Work with customer to write correct specs for features and help with fixing bugs and develop small features if possible
- Author, revise, and review system specifications, software designs, test plans, and other software documentation.
- Investigate & troubleshoot both internal and external inquiries, questions and problem reports. Offer problem analysis, solutions, or alternatives as a result of these investigations.
- Participate in system design teams.
- Be the eyes and ears of the customer, align on priorities
- Work with customer to upgrade tools to the latest SW version and run the customer specific use cases before the upgrade happens
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Some software development skills in one or more general purpose programming languages: C++, C#
- Being able to read code and step through a debugger/IDE
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational background in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
6+ years’ in software problem solving
- Experience working with multiple items listed below desirable
- Software for Machine Control (including Semiconductor equipment)
- Developing for Windows and Real-time Operating Systems
- Multi-threaded applications
- Real-time software
- Graphical User Interfaces
- Device drivers or other interrupt driven software

How You'll Make an Impact
As a turbine field service specialist, you will be a skilled partner in all areas associated with the new installation and service of steam turbines. Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing complex and technically demanding work within your area of expertise at both new unit installation and operating units’ maintenance service sides.
• Taking part in open boxes inspection for all components supplied by Siemens Energy.
• Maintaining tools, fixtures, and equipment to ensure flawless operation.
• Collaborating closely with site leads, supervisors, and fellow employees to meet customer needs.
• Regularly reporting to your line manager, project manager, and planner.
• Keeping all necessary working records from the erection company and teammates, and providing all required documentation and reports in a timely manner according to procedure.
• Performing hands-on work on rotating machine core engine assembly/disassembly and auxiliary maintenance work.
• Assisting in handling spare parts, service tools, installation tools, consumables, and documentation within the project scope.
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering with an emphasis on power generation or rotation equipment is preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in power generation engineering or manufacturing technical supervision or hands-on experience in mechanical assembly. Familiarity with the installation sequence of gas turbines and auxiliary systems.
• Experience in power plant rotating machine (Steam Turbine & Gas Turbine) installation and service (core engine disassembly/assembly) is preferred.
• A strong understanding of project drawings and installation requirements, and familiarity with the sequence of product change management.
• Self-motivation with a strong customer focus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, skilled in written and verbal communication across various organizations.
• Good communication skills, an open personality, and a teamwork spirit.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, or night shifts.

Technical Support Engineer (TSE) is Responsible for providing assistance to Customer Support Engineers who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex optical, electro/mechanical, computer systems and/or software problems.
TSEs respond to challenging issues where first-line product support has been unable to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment. Responsibilities include reporting design, reliability and maintenance problems, documenting and providing feedback to HQ Tech Support, and Sustaining Eng on CIP opportunities, preparing service and postmortem reports. TSEs may also be involved in customer installation, and upgrade of equipment as well as training of KLA and non KLA personnel.

Position Description:
1. To provide key technical support in digital IC design implementation, product demonstration, and sales presentations.
2. To demonstrate strong ability and to be hands-on in RTL-to-GDSII design methodology, including both challenging low power and high-performance designs.

Position Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree is essential and 3+ years’ experience in IC design, electronic engineering or computer science applications.
2. Ability to understand and articulate technical issues, (and knowledge of) design products and their applications.
3. Requires working knowledge of one or more programming languages, and effective communication and soft skills.
4. An MS degree and/or working experience in multi-nation IC design house/or familiar with EDI/Innovus product is a plus.
5. Good communication in English and good work attitude.
6. Be familiar with shell/Perl/Tcl etc. script language.
