我們正在尋找一位能夠確保所羅門集團(母公司及子公司)的網站快速穩定且兼具視覺吸引力的網站經理。
此職務需與行銷團隊及 IT 部門密切合作,確保網站順暢運作並全面負責提升視覺事業部的數位形象。

【工作內容】
網站營運與基礎架構:
•負責公司網站的日常管理
•維護並優化網站穩定性與功能選項(主動發現並解決問題,避免影響使用者)
•維護網域、主機、備份與平台更新(必要時與 IT 合作)
內容發布與品牌一致性:
•上傳並排版內容(含產品頁面、案例、活動頁面等)
•確保所有內容在各裝置上皆具響應式設計、視覺整潔且符合品牌規範
•完整正確地使用中繼資料(標題、描述、標籤)
•必要時提出 UI 或設計優化建議
SEO與網站健康:
•優化 SEO(含標題層級、內部連結、結構化資料、標籤等)
•監控並提升網站可被觸及的機率,並修復失效連結以維護健康的網站架構
•在維護及優化網站穩定性與性能的同時,也需配合行銷活動需求
轉換率最佳化(A/B測試與登錄頁):
•建立並維護與行銷活動相關的登錄頁與引流工具
•使用熱點圖、點擊追蹤、表單測試等工具
•執行 A/B 或多變數測試,優化版面、CTA(行動呼籲)、用戶流程
行銷漏斗與活動支援:
•支援報名表單、資源下載、線上研討會/活動註冊頁面
•確保品牌一致性與 CTA 在郵件、社群與網站間的一致性
•與用戶互動與留存主管合作,改善影響用戶留存的流程
數據分析與報告:
•負責 Google Analytics 及其他追蹤工具
•提供每週 KPI 報告(流量、互動、轉換、漏斗表現)
•提供可行性見解,而非僅數據──說明表現良好與不足之處,並提出解決方案
【成功指標】
•網站效能與穩定性:維持 99.9% 上線時間,載入速度快,能及時發現及解決問題
•網站健康度:SEO錯誤、失效連結、爬蟲等問題出現頻率低
•轉換率最佳化:本身負責的登錄頁、表單與 CTA能帶來顯著潛在客戶與轉換提升
•數據洞察:每週報告附上明瞭的解釋與具體改善建議
•跨部門協作:能提前預判需求,確保行銷活動能按時執行
【條件需求】
•具備良好英語能力(不需母語程度,但需能溝通,校對、編輯及維護英文網站內容)
•熟悉Wordpress
•具3–5 年企業網站管理經驗(具 B2B 或科技產業經驗尤佳)
•了解 HTML/CSS,能解決基本技術問題(不需專精程式,但需具備問題排解能力)
•有登錄頁建置、熱點圖/點擊追蹤工具、A/B 測試經驗
•細心且能冷靜同時處理多項專案
【Key Responsibilities】
Website Operations & Infrastructure:
1. Own day-to-day management of the company's websites.
2. Ensure site's reliability, uptime, and performance (speed, mobile optimization).
3. Maintain domains, hosting, backups, and platform updates (with IT as needed).
4. Proactively identify and resolve technical or performance issues.
Content Publishing & Brand Consistency:
1. Upload and format content (blog posts, product pages, case studies, event pages, etc.).
2. Guarantee that all content is responsive, visually clean, and brand-consistent across devices.
3. Ensure complete and accurate use of metadata (titles, descriptions, tags).
4. Contribute suggestions for UI or design improvements when needed.
SEO & Site Health:
1. Implement SEO best practices: heading hierarchy, internal linking, structured data, and tags.
2. Monitor and improve crawlability, fix broken links, and maintain healthy site architecture.
3. Partner with the Growth & Acquisition Lead to align site optimization with campaign needs.
Conversion Optimization (A/B Testing & Landing Pages):
1. Build and maintain landing pages tied to campaigns and lead magnets.
2. Implement and manage tools like heatmaps, click tracking, and form testing.
3. Run A/B or multivariate tests to optimize layouts, CTAs, and user flows.
Funnel & Campaign Support:
1. Support sign-up forms, resource downloads, and webinar/registration pages.
2. Ensure consistent branding and CTA alignment across email-to-site and social-to-site journeys.
3. Collaborate with the Engagement & Retention Lead to improve user flows that impact retention.
Analytics & Reporting:
1. Own Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
2. Deliver weekly KPI reports on traffic, engagement, conversions, and funnel performance.
3. Provide actionable insights, not just raw numbers—explain what's working, what's underperforming, and propose solutions.
【Qualifiactions】
● 3–5 years of experience managing corporate websites (preferably in B2B or tech).
● Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, or similar).
● Strong knowledge and capability of Wordpress.
● Familiarity with HTML/CSS and ability to troubleshoot technical issues (coding expertise not required, but problem-solving is).
● Experience with landing page builders, heatmap/click-tracking tools, and A/B testing.
● Strong English skills: conversational fluency, ability to proofread, edit, and implement changes to the English version of the website (our primary site). Native proficiency is not required, but comfort working in English daily is essential.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Proactive communicator who anticipates needs, proposes improvements, and drives solutions.
