The involved agencies typically include, but is not limited to, customs authorities, Entry & Exit Commodity Inspection & Quarantine Authorities, commerce authorities and tax authorities. • Knowledgeable in applicable customs laws and regulations; vigilant on the dynamic changes of the trade environment and regulations in order to ensure that the business remains in compliance. • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to collaborate with the Customs Broker to diagnose complex customs-related issues, determine root cause analysis and to prescribe solutions and corrective actions. • Manage customs brokers effectively and tactically, making sure that the company appointed service providers are in full compliance with the regulations and the company’s requirements. • Proactively identify risk areas and take measures to prevent potential non-compliance with trade regulations by the business. 【職務說明】 本職位主要負責餐飲部門所需 食材、器材、耗材及備品 的採購作業,涵蓋生鮮、冷凍、乾貨、調味料、餐飲設備及營運耗材,確保供應品質穩定、價格合理及交期準時。此角色將與主廚及餐飲營運團隊密切合作,並需熟悉ERP系統建置與操作,具備數據分析能力與採購管理經驗,以支援營運需求與成本控管。 【主要職責】 1.根據營運需求,執行各類 食材、器材、耗材、備品 之採購作業。 2. 與供應商洽談價格、交期與合作條件,協助比價、議價並建立良好合作關係。 3. 定期更新市場價格與供應資訊,掌握市場動態,提供採購建議與成本分析。 4. 協助建立並維護合格供應商名單,定期評估供應品質、交期與服務表現。 5,配合主廚、餐飲部門及倉儲單位,檢視庫存水位,避免過期、缺料或積壓。 6. 處理進貨驗收、退貨、發票對帳及請款作業,確保流程正確與及時。 7. 操作與維護ERP採購系統,確保採購與庫存數據的正確性。 8. 製作採購報表、成本分析與進貨統計資料,提供管理層決策參考。 9. 配合主管執行其他與採購及成本控管相關之事務。 【職位要求】 1. 大學以上學歷,食品、餐飲管理、商業、供應鏈或相關科系尤佳。 2. 具 至少2年以上餐飲採購經驗,熟悉食材、耗材、設備及備品採購。 3. 熟悉 ERP系統建置與操作,具數據與報表處理能力。 4. 熟悉採購流程與供應鏈管理,了解食品安全與基本衛生規範。 5. 具良好溝通與談判技巧,能與主廚團隊、營運單位及供應商協作。 6. 具英文溝通能力,能與外籍主廚或國際供應商進行基本對話與書信往來。 7. 細心負責,具備成本控管與市場分析能力,熟悉Excel及相關工具。 8. 熟悉台灣餐飲市場供應鏈者優先。 9. 具備主動學習、抗壓與時間管理能力,能靈活應對多項任務。 【工作地點】 台北辦公室 (台北市松山區) 或 營運現場辦公室(台北市士林區建業路10號),依實際需求調整

The Merchandise Planner will execute the required in-season trading capabilities & expertise (Promotion / Markdowns / EOSS) while supporting the end-to-end allocation to the store / door level in partnership with Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Commercial Team and Finance Team. The role will take the best decision on in-season management, reforecasting & allocation, leveraging sell-in and sell-out data, qualitative information while using strong analytical skills & financial acumen to support the channel to deliver the Financial KPIs. 【Responsibility】 1. Manage assortment portfolio & life cycle within the season incorporating Channel financial expectations 2. Collaborate with Demand Planning, Market Finance and Commercial Channel teams to reconcile bottom-up revenue plans and top-down sales targets for Channel level 3. Support Channel sales / GP$ / sell-out performance and align actions with Channel & Finance to manage in-season profitability, and maximize full price sell through / margin whilst maintaining health of inventory profile 4. Develop accurate store inventory flow forecasts that support business strategies 5. Execute allocation strategies to optimize inventory, including new store assortments and replenishments for each Outlet based on BE (Brand Experience) and VM (Visual Merchandising) recommendations 6. Use input from sizing team, historical performance & qualitative feedback from retail ops to update allocation parameters and derive size curve by product/store to optimize store/door sell through 7. Participate in affiliate weekly operation meeting to proactively highlight issues to get resolution 8. Bridge the communications between local functional teams to ensure ways of working and brand strategy are consistently executed in stores 9. Collaborate with Order Management / Distribution / Logistics to plan out operation activities considering of holidays / capacity / manpower constraints 10.
