Job Functions: The primary functions of an AFE is to manage the spares movement inbound and outbound the warehouse, resolution of minor incidents that are raised by our customers and assisting on parts deliveries to Field Engineers & Service Partner Engineers onsite. Primary Workflow: Spares management inbound and outbound the warehouse Handle quarterly stock take in Local Warehouse & Service Partner Warehouses Onsite minor break-fix hardware maintenance (Hot swap hard disk replacement, cable reseat, etc) Conduct onsite physical & logical audits for proactive sparing. Perform quarterly onsite preventive maintenance per assigned customer. Handle spare parts deliveries to FE, SeP & client. Issuance of IMR’s, POR’s Assist VCA’s & BDA’s for investigating missing parts from stock counting. Customer communication Updating TRT internal procedures Learning additional technical and non-technical skills. IT Infrastructure Leadership: - Develop and execute a comprehensive global IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals, including on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. - Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless), server infrastructure (physical and virtual), storage solutions, and data center operations. - Manage relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met for all infrastructure-related services. - Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies to optimize infrastructure performance, cost-efficiency, and business agility. - Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning for all critical IT systems and data. - Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, optimizing spending while ensuring necessary resources are available. - Implement and maintain robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues. - Oversee asset management for all IT infrastructure components. 2.IT Security Leadership: - Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive global IT security program, including policies, procedures, and best practices, aligned with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). - Lead the incident response team, developing and testing incident response plans to effectively address security breaches and minimize impact. - Manage vulnerability management, penetration testing, and security audits to identify and remediate security weaknesses. - Oversee identity and access management (IAM) strategies, including single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA). - Implement and manage security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), SIEM, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and data loss prevention (DLP). - Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to protect sensitive data and systems. - Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry-specific compliance requirements. - Promote a strong cybersecurity culture through employee training and awareness programs. 3.Team Leadership & Management: - Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT infrastructure and security professionals. - Provide strong leadership, guidance, and support to direct reports and the broader IT team. - Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth. - Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback. - Manage resource allocation and project prioritization within the infrastructure and security teams. 4.Collaboration & Communication: - Collaborate effectively with other IT leaders, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to understand business needs and deliver IT solutions that support strategic objectives. - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences. - Act as a subject matter expert and advisor on all matters related to IT infrastructure and security. - Build strong relationships with internal and external partners. ***The work location can be discussed.*** ***Please provide your resume in English.***
