1.Presenting the products to reflect the width and depth of the IKEA range in order to satisfy and inspire the different home furnishing tastes of our visitors.
2.To ensure the co-workers are available and actively offer assistance when customers need more help, advice and support.
3.To ensure that the team members know the top selling products, and the products are available and clearly communicated and displayed at all times.
4.Taking fast action on commercial opportunities; acting on customer feedback, as well as competition, supply and performance analysis.
5.Knowing and working actively with range changes (e.g. NEWS and outgoing products), commercial activities and minimizing price reductions.
6.To create an environment of trust by encouraging open, constructive, honest, two-way feedback with my team and other colleagues.
7.Working with the team on our weekly and monthly sales targets, analyzing KPIs and creating meaningful actions to achieve my agreed goals.
