We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Exchange / Messaging / Windows Engineer. This role is responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting enterprise messaging systems (Exchange Online/On-Premise, O365), Active Directory, and Windows infrastructure services in a secure and highly available environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange, including hybrid configurations with Office 365
• Design, implement, and support enterprise messaging platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., Exchange, Microsoft Teams)
• Administer Active Directory, ADFS, and Azure AD; maintain synchronization and identity federation
• Monitor messaging infrastructure for performance, availability, and reliability
• Handle advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mail flow, client access, or calendar issues
• Implement email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and manage EOP / Defender for Office 365
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and data protection policies
• Automate system tasks and workflows using PowerShell scripting
• Maintain system documentation, diagrams, and procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in managing Microsoft Exchange and Windows Server environments
• Proven experience with Exchange 2016/2019, Exchange Online, Office 365, and Hybrid deployments
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure services
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for administration and automation
• Experience with enterprise email archiving, retention, and compliance policies
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Office 365, spam filtering, and anti-malware solutions
• Solid understanding of mail protocols: SMTP, MAPI, POP, IMAP, Autodiscover
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or global environments
Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft Certifications
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, or other collaboration platforms
• Knowledge of Azure AD Connect, Intune, or hybrid identity environments
• Experience with ticketing and monitoring tools (ServiceNow, SCOM, etc.)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
