Position Overview
We are an international New Energy infrastructure company preparing for a U.S. IPO. As the Head of HR, you will lead the full spectrum of people operations, ensuring compliance with U.S./Taiwan employment laws, building scalable HR systems, and cultivating a high-performance culture that supports our rapid growth. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, directly partnering with the executive team, the Audit/Compensation Committees, and external advisors.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic HR Leadership
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with IPO readiness and long-term growth.
• Partner with the CEO, CFO, and Board on workforce planning, compensation strategy, and organizational development.
• Compliance & IPO Readiness
• Ensure adherence to U.S./Taiwan federal and state labor laws, SEC-related disclosure requirements (e.g., executive compensation, diversity reporting).
• Build HR policies and internal controls that meet public company standards.
• Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
• Lead recruitment for key leadership and technical positions.
• Establish strong employer branding to attract top global talent.
• Compensation & Benefits
• Design competitive total rewards programs, including stock option plans and executive packages, aligned with shareholder expectations.
• Support Board Compensation Committee reporting and disclosures.
• Culture & Engagement
• Drive initiatives to strengthen company culture across U.S./Taiwan and international teams.
• Build scalable performance management and employee engagement systems.
• HR Operations
• Oversee payroll, HRIS implementation, and scalable HR processes.
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to align with ESG commitments.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally with exposure to U.S. IPO or public company environments.
• Strong knowledge of U.S./Taiwan employment law, HR compliance, and SEC-related HR disclosures.
• Experience in scaling HR systems for rapidly growing companies (technology, manufacturing, or energy sector preferred).
• Proven track record in executive compensation, stock plans, and investor-facing HR reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in multicultural settings.

• Experience in multinational or cross-border organizations.
• Comfort operating in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
• Bilingual (English + Mandarin or other languages) is a plus.
