Operations & Business Development
Manage and expand assigned market segments (e.g., Corporate, MICE, Group), building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Organize and conduct client visits, presentations, and site inspections to tailor proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
Proactively follow up on new leads and adjust sales strategies based on performance and market insights.
Participate in the development and execution of annual sales action plans and project-based campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with PR, Marketing, Front Office, and F&B teams to ensure seamless coordination and enhance the guest experience.
Administration & Client Management
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate records of client interactions, quotations, contracts, and follow-ups.
Respond to client inquiries and feedback via phone or email, and coordinate internally to provide timely and effective solutions.
Assist in compiling sales reports and market analysis, sharing insights and performance updates with management regularly.
Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence to support proactive sales positioning.
Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
Accountability
This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and is responsible for revenue generation and relationship management within designated segments. The Sales Executive is expected to possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to independently handle client accounts, identify opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of sales activities and client satisfaction.

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Sales and Marketing in the organization of sales-related documents throughout the sales process. The individual also serves as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
1.Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g. filing, sending emails, typing, sending outgoing faxes, delivering incoming faxes, copying, opening or distributing mail).
2. Coordinate and organize meeting schedules, agenda and required documents as instructed by the DOSM.
3. Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel daily services, activities, promotion, and event. Effectively communicate and update all team members on any changes to ensure guests receive up-to-date information.
4. Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g. commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process.
5. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
6. Prepare and review written documents (e.g. daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports) including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
7. Ensures that work area is kept neat, organized and clean at all times.
8. Handling complaints and resolving service ‘Glitches’, keep a record of all feedbacks under the appropriate system. Ensures that the issues are resolved in a timely manner to guests’ satisfaction.
