【JOB SUMMARY】
NZXT is seeking a Fan Development Engineer who can take ownership of the product roadmap architecture, leading the fan design, review, and validation of PC case and cooler related products. The ideal candidate will not only lead ODM design teams but also be hands-on, with 5+ years of fan design experience. This individual will collaborate across departments, assisting product managers and program managers in product specification, design, development and production.
【RESPONSIBILITY】
● Own and direct fan development architecture
● Partner with Product management to define fan roadmap
● Optimization of performance and noise design for the fan.
● Research, analyze and recommend new fan design approaches
● Plan project, manage the schedule and work to meet TTM (Time to market), reduce cost and improve product quality
● Collaborate with system or lab validation testing engineers to discover and resolve any design, signal integrity, or quality related issues
● Create and review technical documentation including product specifications, test procedures, etc
● Evaluate and debug design prototypes on the bench and generate detailed engineering reports of findings and recommendations
● Work in close coordination with ID, ME, FW and PM cross-functional team
● Working closely with ODM fan suppliers.
● Understand the product manufacturing process and customer complaints, improve and enhance product design quality.
● Stay updated on industry trends to plan and develop new products in the early stages.
【QUALIFICATIONS】
● BSME/MSME with 5+ years of direct experience with system fan & DC fan design with a minimum of 3 years in the consumer electronics industry.
● Familiar with motor and rotational mechanism design.
● Proficient in fluid dynamics and flow simulation tools.
● Knowledgeable about fan operation principles.
● Capable of independently completing projects.
● Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
【SKILLS】
● Proficient in CFD simulation software.
● Proficiency with 3D CAD tools (Creo and SolidWorks preferred).
● Ability to lead internal and external team members to implement the design vision in a fast-paced work environment
● Good organization and communication skills
● Ability to perform job responsibilities with minimal guidance or supervision
● Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

運用 Jira/Bugzilla 對 Camera 開發專案中的 bug 進行追蹤 & 管理。
協助研發工程師對 bug 進行分析定位,提高 camera 影像質量。
* 負責維護 & 改善測試流程。
* 負責維護 & 更新試驗室設備。
* 需要會 Python,懂 Linux 的 OS,執行 Script 測試或修改。
1. Set up required tests for validating Image Tuning.
2. Provide Manual & Automated Testing support for the Camera team by capturing photos and videos using the Mobile Devices during the development phase and provide feedback on comparisons with other flagship devices in the industry.
3. Provide consistent and qualitative feedback to the engineering on the preferred tuning direction.
4. On demand Data Collection and Camera update verification.
5. Operate Lab Lighting equipment to capture Lab Images and run the evaluation tools.
6. Capture Real Life Images with different devices for Image Data collection, Image Quality Testing and Evaluation.
7. Generate Image Quality Reports based on the collected images/videos and provide feedback to the engineering teams.
8. Collect the Debug data, Raw images, log and/or Video to help debug and improve the feature repeatedly.
9. Collect Videos for feature evaluation and system performance.
10. Organize captured data and do initial evaluation and camera performance evaluation.
11. Collect Images and Videos of several Lighting conditions and environments.
12. Collect people's Images and provide image quality qualitative and quantitative feedback.
13. Labeling data for new and existing features (such as pictures, videos, etc.)
14. Planning the verification of new algorithm or parameters
15. To do face trigger for mobile phone camera tests or image database capture.
16. Organize test results and image database.
17. Image database management in Python.
18. Write simple scripts to automate the test process in Python.
19. Write documents in English such as test procedures.
20. Occasionally required to work at night or weekend for mobile phone camera tests.
May need to travel to Hsinchu, Taoyuan or Taipei city for tests.
21. Annual salary: 800K NTD and above

Description
The Platform Development Manager (PDM) is a core role within the Display Engineering organization, responsible for leading engineering planning and execution with ODM partners. This role acts as the
primary engineering interface between internal cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring product development meets both schedule and specification goals as defined in the Plan of Record
(POR).
As a PDM, you will manage the full engineering engagement scope — from translating product requirements into technical specifications, managing RFQ and cost targets, coordinating validation,
through to phase exit reviews and product readiness for mass production. You will also be accountable for cost control, RFQ accuracy, and enabling design quality through the product lifecycle.
You will work closely with the Partner Business Manager, validation teams, and ODMs to lead design changes, manage engineering resources, and drive alignment across key stakeholders throughout the NPI process.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
· 5+ years of experience in hardware platform or program management, preferably in display or PC-related industries.
· Proven expertise in working with ODMs, managing RFQs, and leading validation and NPI activities.
· Strong project management, schedule tracking, and phase review coordination experience.
· Solid understanding of BOM cost structure and design-to-cost practices.
· Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
· Strong analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills.
· PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
⚫ Design server system and relative boards and review high-speed PCB layout.
⚫ Work with function team like Power, SI, mechanical and thermal engineers to ensure optimize hardware solutions.
⚫ Come out test plans to ensure base function of hardware.

Product Compliance Program Manager is responsible for managing Product Compliance, Chemical management program including RSL/MRSL management and wastewater management, leading company wastewater and product safety compliance standards throughout the global manufacturing base, with the goal to meet customer requirements, reduce/eliminate risk to workers and consumers, the environment, the company and brands.
【Product Compliance Program Development and Deployment 】
• Manage corporate Restricted Substance List (RSL) policy implementation and product compliance failure remediation with vendors partners and internal business partners, supplier product compliance tracking and reporting.
• Manage corporate Chemical Management Policy deployment, aligning with industrial practice and meet the requirement.
• Support research on sustainable chemistries or green chemistry alternative if require
• Develop branded fiber process to ensure the brands meet global labelling regulation and requirements
• Develop global labelling manual and work with internal stakeholders to create standard operation process
• Support claims validation for wholesale account requests
• Track Wastewater global regulation and industrial standard, meeting country regulation and align with industrial practices.
• Lead the remediation if any Wastewater compliance failure, find out the root cause by partnering with vendors, provide leadership and make recommendation to minimize the business impact.
• Assess international market program requirements and establish future process to support business growth
• Advance Global Product Compliance Team goals and objectives through additional projects and cross-functional support as needed
【Supply Chain Product Compliance and Wastewater Management Performance Assessment】
• Execute the Chemical and Wastewater Management assessment tools (Higg FEM) to supply chain, driving the completion and verification rate improvement to give visibility of supply chain performance.
• Manage and track factory KPI to measure compliance performance including wastewater discharge permit and support the integration with material sourcing system.
• Conduct onsite factory audits for chemical management, RSL and wastewater compliance when necessary.
【Supply Chain Engagement, Training and Improvement】
• Identify and analyse the performance gap of supply chain to develop required training program, collaborating with manufacturing partners including liaison office material team and production. Provide recommendation to solve vendor's challenge during the program implementation.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders building relationship with the company manufacturing partners and the industry including testing service providers, GIZ fabric and other brands
• Lead vendor meeting to communicate vendor performance and make recommendation of score card improvement.
• Communicate and deliver technical RSL and Wastewater training to internal and external stakeholders, acting as technical center to business partners for product compliance and wastewater requirement.
• On-boarding the new hire from liaison offices and new vendors, introducing of company compliance policy and process
• Manage capacity building programs by collaborating with business partner and service providers, including stakeholders' engagement, program status tracking, make recommendation of improvement, negotiate with vendors or manufacturing partners to adopt required change.
