【The Role】 We are looking for a talent who has both production planner and buyer experiences. The Production Planner/Buyer prioritizes sales orders to create and implement a weekly production schedule consistent with the plant capacity and sales forecast. Production Planner ensures that all materials and resources are available to fulfill customer orders in the most cost effective and efficient manner. For a Buyer, the role will be responsible for maximizing direct materials availability and proactively optimize inventory level to meet the organization goal. This role will work closely with internal key stakeholders to drive raw material On Time in Full delivery to meet the dynamic demand of manufacturing in plant. 【In this role you will】 1. Generate twelve weekly rolling production schedules for finished goods and intermediates based on demand, capacity, and raw material availability. 2. Review rush batches for orders requested inside the standard production lead time and provide updated commitments to customer service. 3. Provide weekly rolling production schedules to support Pilot Plant production for LVM products and NPI products. 4. Review semi-finish goods material (abrasives) inventory against present and anticipated demand and engage central planning and purchasing team when necessary. 5. Liaison point to factory (operations/planning) for raw materials requirements/availability. 6. Co-ordinate with plant operations to meet any demand changes and proactively highlight material shortages and recovery plan to mitigate any supply gap. 7. We are seeking a Senior Analytical Chemist to join our Specialty Gas Global Analytical Technology team at our Kaohsiung, Taiwan site. In this role, you will implement and maintain in-line analytical systems at our Specialty Gas facilities. This role requires close collaboration with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Process Safety, and external vendors/contractors to ensure the smooth operation of automated analytical systems in Specialty Gas production facilities. The position will be located at the Jade Park site in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, while also supporting additional production sites in Taiwan and Malaysia. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a multi-regional, multi-cultural environment across various time zones are essential. Your Role: ．Provide advanced troubleshooting support for in-line analytical instrumentation at manufacturing sites in Taiwan and external supplier sites in Malaysia to ensure stable plant operations. ．Develop and validate analytical methods using GC, FTIR, CRDS and/or ICP-MS to meet customer specifications. ．Participate in quality and business support investigations by designing experiments and producing customer facing documents. ．Support the design, fabrication, implementation, and commissioning of new automated analytical systems. ．Utilize best safety practices and promote a culture of safety within the laboratory. ．Occasional travel (10%) may be required.
