ISO 14001 Environment Management System:
Act as the Management Representative for ISO 14001 environment management systems.
Ensure that the management system is in place and maintained sustainable.
Ensure a situable documentation system in place.
Organize and conduct internal audits and management reviews within the organization and report the performance and recommend improvement opportunities to Management.
Ensure compliance with relevant local laws and regulations; ENVALIOR SHE, Manufacturing, Quality and Security Requirements; ISO 9001and ISO 14001 requirements; and RoHS, REACH, and relevant customer requirements in the department.
Ensure the management systems are effectively implemented and the requirements are followed in the department.
Ensure that ENVALIOR Life Saving Rules are followed in TYN.
Show leadership to promote safety and quality awareness, and safe and quality behavior in the department.
Responsible for SHE and Quality performance in the department. Ensure that the working environment is safe and healthy.
Participate as an active member of the Site Management Team for the Company’s safety, quality and environmental performance.
Proactively communicate SHE and quality issues in the company, within own department and with external stakeholders.
Coach subordinates for excellent SHE and quality performance.

Quality Assurance
Approve product quality and release products.(deputy)

1) Quality Manager in Quality Management Process:

2) Key User for Quality Management Process:
Responsible for giving functional input for system customization

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or above with major in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, Environment or Safety or relative engineering.
Good knowledge in ISO9001 and ISO14001.
Local compliances/regulations related to Permits, Labor Law.
Balanced temperament, able to work under pressure and prioritize.
Ability to work in multicultural and international environment
Good people management and communication skills.
Good Computer skills.
Good spoken and written in English and Mandarin.
At least 10 years of experience in quality and SHE management;
Experienced in project management;

【The Role】
We are looking for a talent who has both production planner and buyer experiences. The Production Planner/Buyer prioritizes sales orders to create and implement a weekly production schedule consistent with the plant capacity and sales forecast. Production Planner ensures that all materials and resources are available to fulfill customer orders in the most cost effective and efficient manner. For a Buyer, the role will be responsible for maximizing direct materials availability and proactively optimize inventory level to meet the organization goal. This role will work closely with internal key stakeholders to drive raw material On Time in Full delivery to meet the dynamic demand of manufacturing in plant.
【In this role you will】
1. Generate twelve weekly rolling production schedules for finished goods and intermediates based on demand, capacity, and raw material availability.
2. Review rush batches for orders requested inside the standard production lead time and provide updated commitments to customer service.
3. Provide weekly rolling production schedules to support Pilot Plant production for LVM products and NPI products.
4. Review semi-finish goods material (abrasives) inventory against present and anticipated demand and engage central planning and purchasing team when necessary.
5. Liaison point to factory (operations/planning) for raw materials requirements/availability.
6. Co-ordinate with plant operations to meet any demand changes and proactively highlight material shortages and recovery plan to mitigate any supply gap.
7. Partner with commodity teams to jointly align on fulfillment strategy with key suppliers.
8. Act as first level escalation for buyers on material gaps and analyze the revenue impact.
9. Report supply gap status back to leadership including division operations and BU.
10. Provide rolling forecast to strategic suppliers (synchronize with commodity) to prepare raw materials and resources ahead to support Entegris demand.
11. Create and manage standard purchase orders (PO), outline agreements in SAP to approved vendors (under Global AVL) to optimize inventory.

Your Role:
• Responsible of developing and maintaining the maintenance management system on plant-wide facility.
• Lead the maintenance workforce to conduct regular inspections and assessments on equipment and execute effective maintenance to ensure equipment/facility reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical systems are integrated effectively with other engineering disciplines.

In this role you will:
• Serve as the primary lawyer responsible for counseling the procurement organization and the business on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters including structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial transactions
• Serve as the primary Contract Management resource for Entegris’ APAC operations
• You and the team will work directly with the sourcing team and the business.
• You will serve as lead counsel on strategic deals
• Provide day-to-day advice, resolve issues that arise in existing commercial relationships and handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries

Dealing with the efficient NTM and FG stock at the factory warehouse.
As the Planning and Procurement Associate you will:
- Coordination of short-term planning - daily scheduling, production reports maintenance, planning data accuracy, and continuous support for the FG planners.
- Mid-term planning - monthly plan preparation, adjustments, and review, taking into consideration variable constraints and requirements.
- Long-term planning - strategic 3 years horizon APSP capacity analysis performance related to the following objectives:
- capacity overview
- machinery capabilities overview
- planned sourcing changes coordination
- Coordination of NTM and leaf requirements - short-term, mid-term, and long-term material planning for material planners, material requirements analysis, and inventory turnover analysis.
- Responsibility for all KPIs of the Planning Department: Inventory Turnover (quantity and value monthly overview), monthly report preparation, and presentation to the Factory Management. Continuous development and improvement of factors having a direct impact on materials management.
- SAP APO factory database maintenance, development, and dealing with data accuracy. Responsibility for the APO monthly performance overview by the Global KPIs - PIM: Planning Improvement Measurement.
- Responsible for the development and run of all JSOX controls in the respective planning areas.
- Ensure health and safety aspects at work and learn about potential hazards, know and maintain required control measures in order to keep the workplace healthy and safe.
- Ensure compliance with the JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards, align with all applicable health and safety rules and procedures as well and collaboration on the continuous improvement process.
