Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

Job Summary:

1. Research of new customers (End users/Factories with contact window’s information for business development by using multi-sources (Strong searching skill by using Google, LinkedIn, global platforms through multi search engine, or custom data).

4. Analyzing data, preparing PPT and assisting BU for new business opportunities in existing and new regions.

工作內容
1. 設計、開發並執行完整的 AI 醫療軟體測試計畫 Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for our AI medical software
2. 執行網頁、Windows(.exe)與 MacOS(.dmg)應用程式的手動與自動測試
Perform manual and automated testing for web, Windows (.exe), and MacOS (.dmg) applications
3. 建立、維護並執行清晰、簡潔且結構良好的測試案例, 以確保完整的需求覆蓋率。 Create, maintain, and execute clear, concise, and well-structured test cases to ensure full requirement coverage
4. 進行嚴謹的功能測試,以驗證軟體功能是否符合規格,並執行非功能性測試,以評估效能、安全性與可靠性。Perform rigorous functional testing to verify software features against specifications and conduct non-functional testing to evaluate performance, security, and reliability
5. 產出完整的測試報告,傳達測試結果與產品品質給研發及管理團隊。
Generate comprehensive test reports to communicate results and product quality to the development and management teams
6. 參與整個軟體開發生命週期,確保品質從設計階段即納入考量
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring quality is considered from the design stage
7. 確保所有測試活動與文件均符合內部品質流程, 並遵循相關醫療器材產業標準 (ISO/IEC)。Ensure all testing activities and documentation adhere to internal quality processes and relevant medical device industry standards (ISO/IEC)
8. 與軟體開發人員、產品經理及法規事務專員密切合作,以理解需求並解決問題。Work closely with software developers, product managers, and regulatory affairs specialists to understand requirements and resolve issues.

徵求條件
• 2年或以上軟體品質保證或測試的實務經驗,醫療器材、醫療軟體等產業為佳。
• 具備電腦科學、生物醫學工程或相關技術領域的學士學位。
• 擅於細節觀察,具備分析能力,並以系統化的方法解決問題。
• 熟悉各類自動化測試工具與框架
• 網頁測試:Selenium、Cypress 或 Playwright
• Windows(.exe)測試:WinAppDriver、Ranorex 或 TestComplete
• MacOS(.dmg)測試:Squish、Appium 或 Ranorex
• Python 自動化測試腳本開發經驗,並能處理醫療影像測試流程(如 DICOM、NIfTI)
加分條件
• AI 醫療軟體開發與測試流程,具備 FDA 送件經驗者佳
• 熟悉 ISO 14971 醫療軟體風險管理程序
• 執行符合 IEC 62304、ISO 13485 與 FDA 21 CFR Part 11 的醫療法規標準測試
• 具備醫療軟體驗證與確認(V&V)原則及文件撰寫的實務經驗
• 熟悉 RPA(機器人流程自動化)測試概念與工具
• 影像處理或大型語言模型(LLM)理解
