CoE 單位策略推進 (作為內部戰略推動核心,CoE 單位負責將組織目標具象化並展開模組規劃 ) a. 建立可追蹤的效能增長框架與關鍵指標。 b. 以數據為基礎執行培訓與制度設計。 c. 協助組織從人才選任到長期預留,搭建穩定且具彈性的架構。 2. 新型人才招募與人選池建置 a. 維護並擴展多元招募平台(如 104、Cake、LinkedIn)。 b. 結合人才地圖與資料分析,推動策略型人選挖掘與延攬。 c. 建立高潛力人才資料庫與後續關係經營節點。 3. 新人入職體驗設計與文化導入 a. 負責新進人員的報到、培訓與 Onboarding 設計。 b. 建構以「用戶旅程」為核心的新人融入流程。 c. 協助建立入職後學習與文化連結節點,提升適應與留任率。 4. 雇主品牌推廣與活動協作 a. 協助發想與執行外部品牌曝光策略。 b. 協助規劃人才品牌活動與合作計畫(如校園活動、社群合作)。 c. 與設計、行銷合作製作品牌素材,提升人才吸引力。 5. AI 化與系統流程優化參與 a. 協助推動人才測評、效能追蹤等流程 AI 自動化。 b. 團隊內有實作 Google Script、AI 工具流程的先行經驗。 c. 對 AI 應用與自動化設計有興趣者,歡迎參與設計與導入研討。 6. 跨職能參與與整體 HR 能力培養 a. 跨領域參與薪酬福利、HRBP、CoE 等相關模組任務。 b. 熟悉並理解 HR 各項核心作業邏輯與流程。 c. 協助推動組織內部的人才盤點與關鍵職位選任規劃。

The system covers areas of learning development, performance, succession, and compensation management. ●Job Description 1. Analyze clients' requirements and support pre-sales activities. 2. Implement Cornerstone system for clients. 3. Manage project schedule and status, take proactive actions to prevent project risks. 4. Provide system training to clients. 5. Resolve issues related to system operation for clients. 6. Assist clients for the integration of system technology and resources. 7. Act as a bridge between Cornerstone and clients. 8. As a member of our global human resources (HR) team, you will work with leaders across the company to help ensure that TI has the talent and capabilities needed to win in the highly competitive and dynamic semiconductor market. As strategic partners, HR plays a critical role in the company's success, and you will, too. Are you trying to decide between being a specialist or a generalist? Our program gives you the opportunity to explore both - one as an HR business partner and the other in a specialist role (recruiting, compensation, development, employee relations, etc.). At the end of this program, you'll join one of TI's Human Resources teams and will be well positioned for important senior roles across the organization. In fact, many of our senior HR leaders began their careers at TI by joining our HR Program. Our HR teams work on important activities across a variety of business and functional issues - all of which align HR strategies to support business goals and objectives by working closely with the business group to assess HR needs, then develop and implement innovative solutions that drive organizational and operational excellence. Some of these activities include analyzing TI's market competitiveness, developing communication strategies to help managers be better leaders, improving recruiting and marketing efforts, identifying high potential talent and implementing development plans, developing key training modules, planning for long-term talent needs, and much more. In this program, you'll be immersed in job assignments from the start in positions that are critical to our business success. This is coupled with opportunities for formal learning, networking with peers and senior leaders, as well as on-the-job project opportunities to give you experience in nearly every HR function.
