This role includes hands-on testing, coordination with internal stakeholders, and ensuring measurement processes are reliable and well-documented. ________________________________________________________________________________ Main Responsibilities and Tasks 1. Test Planning and Execution • Plan, set up, and perform measurements and tests to evaluate functionality and performance. • Analyze data, draw conclusions, and write structured test reports. • Define suitable testing strategies based on product requirements. • Choose appropriate test methods, tools, or external partners if needed. 2. Communication and Consultation • Provide advice to internal departments (engineering, production, product management) on how to measure product requirements. • Discuss test results with requesters and stakeholders. • Clarify testing needs and document consultation results, even when no measurement is required. • Documentation (Provide transparent reporting to stakeholders, i.e. Module Experts and System Architects) 3. Test Equipment Management • Monitor the calibration status of test equipment used for customer- or authority-relevant measurements. • Future, after on-the-job training and first successfully completed testing tasks: create and maintain short usage guides or quick-start manuals. • Track location of measurement devices using a centralized system (e.g., wiki-based inventory).

Your mission: • Demonstrate your design skill for designing and optimizing the mechanical module of the DSC lithography process machine. • Possess strong DOE ability for system error analysis and execute test plan. • Involved in NPI project to MFG team for new system, feature and technology. Perform trouble shooting, technical support and process improvements to fulfill the goal of production output. • Involved in CIP and maintenance project for mature product. • Initiate and validate engineering changes and familiar with ERP system for document management. • Strong mindset and experience of risk assessment, cost evaluation and cross function cooperation. Job Overview: SUSS MicroTec is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Bonder/Coater Service Manager to join our team in Taiwan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service operations related to bonding equipment, ensuring excellent customer support, and overseeing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of cutting-edge semiconductor processing tools. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the service team in Taiwan, providing technical support, preventive maintenance, and repairs for bonding systems. - Ensure high-quality and timely customer service for SUSS MicroTec products, including coaters, developers, and wafer bonders. - Collaborate with the application engineering team to resolve technical issues and optimize equipment performance at customer sites. - Manage and monitor service contracts, warranties, and spare parts inventory to ensure availability and timely service interventions. - Conduct on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime for customer operations. - Develop and deliver training programs for customers on the use and maintenance of SUSS MicroTec equipment. - Maintain service documentation, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on service activities to management. - Work closely with customers to understand their technical challenges and provide proactive solutions. - Coordinate with the global service and support team to share best practices and ensure consistent service quality.

Summary: The position is accountable for the implementation strategies for growing profitable sales in assigned markets and customers in line with corporate goals. The job requires to work from SUSS office in Hsinchu with frequent trips to customers. Day-to-day support to a particular sales account as primary point of contact between customer and SUSS is expected to guarantee excellent relationship to customer. Good communication with SUSS counterparts and customers is essential for reaching the objectives of this job successfully.
