Job Summary The Construction Manager is responsible for the coordination and execution of regular maintenance work. Responsible for ensuring site safety is maintained according to the safety plan, maintaining the daily progress goals, ensuring installation quality is monitored during the entire service period, and communicating to Project Managers. The Senior Construction Manager must be ready to take on unique challenges daily, with the responsibility of keeping a project on schedule and on budget. Acts as the Company’s representative when dealing with vendors, subcontractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities •Responsible for communicating and upholding safety culture and safety policies and procedures throughout the project •Works with Procurement in scope of work development and the solicitation and pre-qualification of Subcontractors and Suppliers.
