Can accept short-term business trip is preferred. 職務描述: 負責從招標到合約簽訂的特定工作項目,並將與跨部門的介面與利害關係人合作,例如工程部、專案與商務管理、排程、法務及施工管理等。 工作職責: 1.協助管理現有供應商名單、尋找新供應商,並執行資格預審流程,以確保供應商符合 Exyte 的採購標準。 2.協助執行 RFP(提案邀請)流程,包括彙整需求文件、內部對齊以確保對範疇有共同理解、提交給選定的供應商名單,並密切監控供應商回覆的時效與品質。 3.協助初步商務報價評估,並與相關內部利害關係人合作,以了解整體 RFP 的符合性與供應商競爭力,並共同建立候選名單。 4.根據專案計畫,協助合約澄清與談判流程,並與供應商及內外部利害關係人合作。 5.協助準備最終商務投標評估,與相關內部利害關係人協調,並提出授標建議,以取得內外部利害關係人的核准。 6.準備採購訂單,並在合約簽訂後,確保採購知識與資訊順利移轉至採購與分包團隊。 7.建立與供應商的合作關係,並在專案及採購組織中善用既有經驗。 8.定期溝通專案進度等相關議題,並與專案採購經理密切合作,以確保所有採購相關事宜的透明度。 其他: 能接受短期出差者佳。

As a key member of the Exyte Document Control team, your role will include: • Supporting the project team by efficiently transmitting and recording all project documents, while closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. • Establishing and upholding high standards of document control principles. • Implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the Document Management System within the project. • Delivering document control training across the project team. Additional responsibilities • Audit Support: Assist in preparing, organizing, and providing documentation during internal, external, or ISO audits. • Archiving & Handover: Support final project documentation handover and proper archiving according to company and client standards. • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive project information. • Experience in Document Control, particularly with Microsoft SharePoint; knowledge of Procore and ACC is a strong plus.
