Operations Management : (1) Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service, quality control, and cost efficiency. (2) Implement SOPs for food prep, service, cleaning, and safety. 3. Team Leadership : (1) Recruit, train, and manage staff. (2) Create a positive, motivated, and customer-focused workplace culture. 4. Marketing & Growth : (1) Develop and manage marketing campaigns (online & offline). (2) Build brand partnerships and community engagement strategies. 5. Supply Chain & Vendor Management : (1) Source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices. (2) Negotiate supplier contracts and ensure consistent supply. 6. Compliance & Financial Oversight : (1) Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations. (2) Monitor budgets, control costs, and track KPIs for operational performance. ▌Required Qualifications 1. Experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) — minimum 3 years in a management or supervisory role. 2. Proven ability to run or oversee a restaurant or equivalent food service operation. 3. Strong business acumen with understanding of scaling and expansion strategies. 4. Project management experience — ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. 5. Bilingual: Proficient in both Chinese and English (spoken & written). 6. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 7. Knowledge of Taiwan’s F&B regulatory environment (health & safety, labor laws, licensing). 8. Strong financial literacy — comfortable reading P&L statements and managing budgets. ▌About New Business 1. Fries are sold by weight, allowing guests to choose exactly how much they want. 2. Positioning : Premium, Instagram-worthy, fast-casual snack that blends the speed of automation with the artistry of chef-designed flavors. 3.
