As the world’s second-largest provider of rail transport equipment and solutions, we design and deliver innovative systems that make transportation safer, greener, and more efficient. ●We welcome applications from all backgrounds regardless of gender, age, disability or ethnicity. 【Responsibilities】 ● Manage full employee lifecycle administration: onboarding, offboarding, document handling, leave calculation, insurance notification. ● Maintain local leave system and ensure accurate updates to the company HR system. ●Coordinate payroll documents and records (leave, overtime, offboarding balance, monthly changes). ●Liaise with vendors on NHI/LI/LPA inquiries, group insurance enrollment/withdrawal, and payments. ●Support statutory compliance: labor inspections, labor-management meetings, visa applications, and HR admin tasks. ●Training and development Support
