【海外-Netherlands】Field Application Engineer - Liquid Cooling

Must-Have Qualifications 1. Proven project management experience to drive projects forward and hit dates. 2. Ability to adapt quickly to fast, dynamic environments and full of team spirit 3. Strong knowledge of liquid cooling (cold plates, CDUs, manifolds, pumps, QDs) and manufacturing processes (brazing/welding, cleaning, leak/pressure testing, flushing). 4. Ability to discuss technical topics with customers (thermals, hydraulics, materials, reliability), including design for manufacturing and cost improvements. 5. On-site technical support capability at customer/data-center locations. 6. On-site RMA handling: triage, initial failure analysis, on-site support, and customer communication through closure. 7. Strong cross-department communication (Sales, Quality, NPI, Operations/Production, Suppliers) 8. Ability to design with AutoCad 3D、Pro/E、SolidWorks Good to Have 1. Understanding of market dynamics and future trends (AI racks, direct-to-chip, facility water temps, coolant chemistries, OCP designs, EU regulations). 2. Experience of factory production and thermal solution supplier selection. Experience & Education 1. 5–10+ years in thermal/fluid systems (data-center cooling, HVAC/CRAC/CDU, server OEM, or related). 2. Degree in Mechanical/Thermal/Mechatronics (or equivalent practical experience). 3. Hands-on with pumps/valves/filters/sensors, coolant chemistries (water-glycol/dielectric), and reliability test methods. 4. Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
