About The Team
At Deloitte Taiwan, our Talent professionals drive the firm’s people strategy, create a unique people experience, and work closely with the business to drive success in the marketplace. This role will support both experienced and campus recruitment, ensuring a comprehensive approach to the candidate experience and journey.
Work You'll Do
1. Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
2. Facilitate new employee orientation sessions, introducing company culture, policies, and procedures.
3. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other operation departments to ensure new employees have all necessary tools, systems access, and workspace ready.
4. Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and update employee records in HR systems.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for new hires to address questions and provide ongoing support during their initial employment period.
6. Continuously enhance the HRIS system and optimize workflows to improve the onboarding experience.
7. Perform regular data audits and updates within the HRIS system to maintain high data accuracy and integrity.
8. Generate and analyze onboarding reports and metrics from HRIS system to support HR decision-making and continuous process improvement.
9. Track onboarding metrics and report on key performance indicators to HR leadership.
About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Workplace Assistant to join JLL’s Integrated Facilities Management business. The Facilities Assistant will assist the Facilities Manager with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies. The Facilities Assistant is also required to provide administrative support to the team.
What this job involves:

• Payment & Procurement - proceed payment related process and collect quotations from vendors

This Receptionist role will employed via JLL and be based at our client's site in Neihu District. We have multiple clients from American technology firms to Korean technology firms.
Role and Responsibilities may include:
• Handle / redirect incoming calls in a professional manner
• Greet and guide visitors upon their arrival and notify the end user being visited
• Facilitate the visitor registration process
• Receive and sort incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
• Distribute mail and packages to the appropriate recipients or departments
• Badge management including issuing temporary badge and managing access
• Maintain documentation of security procedures, incidents, and resolutions
• Seat map and personal locker management
• Receive and redirect requests / concerns from end users by phone or email to appropriate facility staff or on-site vendor to handle
• Provide administrative support to senior management as required
