Meteor is an architectural lighting brand with branches in Taoyuan, Taiwan and Los Angeles, USA. If you are interested in the supply chain management, and want to get to know International Business operations, here is a stage to show off your skills. Our products are used in some of the most iconic offices in the world such as Amazon, Netflix and Google Headquarters.

• 成為運籌團隊的後盾:
1、訂單相關ERP系統作業:開立採購單、驗收、發票請款作業、批備料作業
2、Office系統操作:Excel報表整理製作
3、與業務團隊合作協助訂單出貨流程順暢
*此為長期實習(需配合半年以上)

- 國際貿易、商管相關科系或對此領域有高度熱忱
- 能熟悉office系統操作
- 具備中等以上英文能力
- 個性主動、積極、樂於服務、不怕困難及挑戰
- 每週工作24~40hrs,可依照課表彈性安排

- Business Related Education or Experience
- Familiar with MS office
- Medium English Ability or above
- with the personality to be very proactive, willing to help others, and not afraid of difficulties and challenges!

#What you’ll be getting

1. Actively engage with the Shopee Xpress business team to understand & consolidate end-to-end processes & business pain points.
2. To identify potential product features/improvements or implement new technologies to achieve business KPIs including but not limited to orders, operation efficiency, or better user experience.
3. Consolidate the feature requests & communicate the business needs with both local & regional product teams to deliver the features successfully.
4. Able to build strong relationships with the operation team through problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, and communicating promptly on progress for critical live issues.

【工作內容Key Responsibility】
1. 求職者開發及資料建立
Assist in database sourcing project; conduct mapping for organization structures of targeted companies.
2. 顧客連絡資料整理、建檔以及追蹤
Assist in organization and preparation of documents or reports; study target industry.
3. 協助業務人員處理銷售業務相關之公司內部行政作業
Provide administrative support in projects.
4. 主管交辦事宜或部門後勤支援
Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors.
【必要條件Key Requirement】
1. 目前為大三/四或碩一/二的學生 (如表現良好,畢業後有機會轉正)
Must be currently in school or looking to continue education.
2. 上班時間為09:00-18:00,中午休息1小時,每週至少3天,可長期配合至少6個月
Working hours 09:00-18:00 with 1 hour lunch break. At least 3 days a week for at least 6 months.
3.熟悉電腦操作(包含Office 365, Google Suite, Social Media…等)
Familiar with the use of Office 365, Google Suite, Social Media..ect.
4. 英文能力中上 (TOEIC 多益測驗 >750 更加分!)
Fluent in English. TOEIC score higher than 750 prefer not must.
