B. Braun' s Internship Program is designed to provide university-enrolled or recently graduated students with a meaningful experience within the medical device industry. The students are given an opportunity to gain a valuable corporate or manufacturing learning experience through a finite project determined by each department. Projects vary for each intern assignment depending on the needs of the department, and each will provide the intern with both a meaningful and relevant work experience. Internships are a 6 months commitment. An assigned mentor will help guide the intern through the experience. Interns will be asked to conduct a presentation to their department outlining their internship experience.

In this Role, you will provide a highly efficient support to Marketing team on timely manner.
Tasks & Responsibility:
• Assist with Administrative Tasks
- Existing tasks such as placing orders with printing vendors for marketing material, e.g. patient booklet.
- Demo goods delivery arrangements, including sending and receiving decoration items for events.
- External communication with stakeholders
• Assist with Maintenance and Coordination of Event Decoration Assets
- Manage reusable decoration items
- Maintain a simple inventory log to track usage, condition, and storage location—supporting better planning and cost control.
• Support Event Preparation for Aesculap Academy Activities
- Logistics and material organization.
- Course registration, certificate preparation, flyer editing.
• Help with Internal Communication and Documentation for Marketing-Related Events and Training
- Product training preparation, recording, filming, check-in and check-out.
• Support Simple Data Entry and File Management
- Help update internal tracking sheets (e.g., participant lists, inventory for special price items).
- Organize shared folders and ensure files are properly named and stored.
- Support copy-paste tasks such as updating license numbers after license review.
- Preview survey results (some events use handwritten notes and participant info that need to be keyed in).

【About the role】
Appier is looking for a Sales Assistant Intern who is self-motivated, strong interest in marketing technology and willing to adapt in the fast-paced environment.
【Responsibilities of the Role】
1. Work closely with sales managers or related parties to complete allocated task
2. Conduct market research and customize sales presentation
3. Import accurate client information on CRM platform, completing timely reports and records
4. Identify possible opportunities and provide suggestion
5. Attend client meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions with sales managers
【Essentials】
1. Degree in marketing, business or similar is a plus

1. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across seller projects:
- Facilitate communication and coordination between teams.
- Maintain project data, trackers, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks; prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
2. Conduct market research and seller/user survey:
- Define clear research objectives and methodologies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
3. Assist with planning and administrative tasks for online campaigns:
- Organize logistics and system configurations for campaign activities.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns (Social media, campus events, internal communication).
• Assist in content creation: articles, posts, visuals, and videos highlighting Ecolab’s culture, people, and impact.
• Coordinate with HR and business teams on campus recruitment activities, including career fairs and info sessions.
• Support event logistics, internal communication, and promotional material preparation.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking on talent attraction trends and competitor employer branding practices.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team as needed.
