【About the role】
Appier is looking for a Sales Assistant Intern who is self-motivated, strong interest in marketing technology and willing to adapt in the fast-paced environment.
【Responsibilities of the Role】
1. Work closely with sales managers or related parties to complete allocated task
2. Conduct market research and customize sales presentation
3. Import accurate client information on CRM platform, completing timely reports and records
4. Identify possible opportunities and provide suggestion
5. Attend client meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions with sales managers
【Essentials】
1. Degree in marketing, business or similar is a plus
2. Have strong interest in marketing technology
3. Proficient in making presentation slides
4. Superior communication skills to collaborate with the team
** The Internship will need to work 3 days a week. ***
1. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across seller projects:
- Facilitate communication and coordination between teams.
- Maintain project data, trackers, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks; prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
2. Conduct market research and seller/user survey:
- Define clear research objectives and methodologies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
3. Assist with planning and administrative tasks for online campaigns:
- Organize logistics and system configurations for campaign activities.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness.

* Sample/demo/loaner goods arrangement in office and delivery
* Training and communication coordination and associated data reporting: support development of company/compliance communications (including but not limit to, announcements, newsletter, campaign and etc.); identify areas of strengths and weaknesses and translate into case studies, education and training materials;
* Review and follow-up: Coordinate periodic testing/reviews to ensure adherence with the set company policies, local procedures; support the Ethics and Compliance Department implement and follow-up on action plans to mitigate risks and address findings from various reviews;
* Data Analysis and reporting; and
* Ad hoc tasks: all other duties as reasonably requested by the Ethics and Compliance Department.
Responsibility & Qualification
1. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Have a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and be able to write clean, maintainable code.
2. Experience with front-end frameworks: Have experience working with popular front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and be able to use them to build applications.
3. Proficiency with web development tools: Proficient with tools such as Git, Webpack and other task runners that can help streamline the development process.
4. Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues: Have an understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and be able to write code that works across a variety of browsers.
5. Strong debugging and problem-solving: Be able to quickly identify and resolve issues in their code and be able to troubleshoot problems in a production environment.
6. Optimization: Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to troubleshoot issues, and to optimize performance for the web.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork: Be able to communicate effectively with team member, and be able to work collaboratively to achieve project goals.
