• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the right talent is hired.
• Partner with hiring managers and external vendors to strengthen workforce planning.

• Drive the company's recruitment coordination framework, ensuring timely monthly hiring reviews, accurate headcount planning, and clear tracking of candidate progress at every stage.
• Continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes to support business growth.
2. Learning & Development
• Design and deliver training programs, including talent and leadership development initiatives.
• Enhance and implement onboarding and orientation programs to improve employee integration.
3. HR Projects & Support
• Contribute to local HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

【What You'll Do】
· Assist HR with payroll input, sales incentive tracking, and attendance system.
· Coordinate recruiting logistics, onboarding & offboarding.
· Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries (insurance, certificates, HR support).
· Handle office administration, payment requests, and petty cash.
· Support GM travel arrangements and expense claims.

Your Profile:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in HR operations, talent management, or organizational development.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust across different departments and levels.
4. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
5. Able to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
6. Fluent in both Chinese and English.

This role collaborates with the HR team and business stakeholders to deliver practical HR solutions, streamline workflows, support HR initiatives, and ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Own the hiring process for your assigned positions—from posting jobs to onboarding new teammates. Support other hires when needed. Ensure every new team member feels supported and part of the team.
- Training & Development: Help design, coordinate, and execute training programs and development opportunities for the team. Support initiatives that help teammates grow their skills.
- Performance Programs: Support the preparation and coordination of performance appraisal cycles, and leverage tools to streamline processes for smooth execution.
- HRIS & Process Design: Maintain HR systems, optimize forms and workflows, and ensure HR data is accurate. Contribute to streamlining HR processes and improving efficiency.
- Policy & Compliance: Organize and facilitate labor-management meetings. Update and maintain HR policies and SOPs, and ensure HR-related activities comply with labor laws.
- Team & Company Initiatives: Take on additional HR-related projects or other tasks as needed to help the HR team and company reach its goals.
