Responsibilities:
1. Develop new business opportunities and establish sales channels for iCatch brand products (DVR, NVR, IPCAM).
2. Drive brand sales growth by introducing iCatch solutions into actual projects and businesses.
3. Lead product scope/schedule discussions with customers and frontline teams.
Suggest solutions for process improvements and address customer complaints effectively.
4. Work closely with finance, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth execution of business.
Requirements:
1. University degree or above.
2. 5+ years of experience in international sales/business development in the security industry (DVR/NVR/IPCAM).
3. Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets in overseas markets.
4. Strong understanding of camera products and market trends.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
1. Prefer to have more than 10 years business development experience, solid embedded background in IPC, retail tech and healthcare is preferred.
2. Product focus: OEM scanner line, including but not limited to scan engine, integrated scan module and fixed reader.
3. Ability to develop new business and new customers in embedded application market with a proven track record.
4. Good technical and engineering degree background
5. Direct sales experience, able to contact and manage relationship.
6. Good presentation and communication skill.

The Business Development Manager will be based in our Taipei office, to develop new clients as well as responsible for identifying new key contacts within targeted named accounts, solicit new business and facilitate any sales / RFP process to secure additional business.
Key responsibilities for this role
• Identify and create Sales Opportunities to increase customer base
• Develop strong network, expand new contacts and accounts
• Create new revenue for relocation and assignment management services and have a sound working knowledge of the mobility process
• Implement disciplined process on clients' activities and develop pipelines
• Collaborate with business leaders to maximize client' engagement and acceleration for growth
• Be subject matter expert and deliver consultative advice, best practice, and industry updates to clients
• Provide effective sales presentations, proposals, agreements for clients (HR, global mobility, and procurement team)
• Meet / exceed agreed sales activities, revenues and new appointment targets
• Engage in events as an ambassador for Santa Fe Relocation
Essential knowledge, skills and experience
• 2-3 years' B2B sales experience in services solution selling
• Sound knowledge of global mobility/ relocation process
• Track record of cultivating high value sales opportunity and exceeding sales targets – a sales “hunter”
• Demonstrate a customer focused approach to problem solving and resolution skills
• Ability to sell contracted services
• Strong organizational skills, attention to details and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
• Drive, confidence, enthusiasm, self-motivated and result-oriented
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

Join Tektronix Taiwan as the account manager driving growth in sales through joining our direct-sales team in Taiwan. In this position you will have the opportunity to drive the sales of direct-sales products/solution. You will directly drive assigned territorial business coverage and demand, daily customer engagement, and ultimately products/solutions sales.
The new hire AM candidate will in charge of Small and medium-sized enterprises in Neihu / Nankang territories, he/she will more focus on expansion area & support channel partners to gain high end products market share in center Taiwan & south Taiwan territories
How you will be measured on:
* Your performance in profitable order / sales growth of the assigned accounts and territories.
* Your ability to analyze market/customer data to identify trends/opportunities, develop tactical action plan from market information, and create a compelling sales plan with specific actions intended to drive growth.
The ideal candidate:
* Electronic Engineering B.S. or master's degree or equivalent will be better
* Has 3+ years T&M products/applications selling experience, for example datacenter, computing, consumer, component, material & EV related products etc. or HSSIO (high speed serial I/O) applications selling experience will be better.
* Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills in both English and Mandarin
* Self-motivated, discipline, patient and action by proven / metrics
