We are searching for a seasoned sustainability consultant with a track record in providing sustainability consulting service to leading corporate account. This role entails planning and delivering a comprehensive framework of sustainability services, including sustainability strategy, governance model, sustainability roadmap development on Net-Zero, carbon management, RE100 approach, sustainability solution implementation. recommendation.
<Responsibilities>
1. ESG Consulting Offering Development: Based on leading practice and consulting experience to incorporate Delta’s sustainability practice and solutions to develop consulting service framework & offerings and execute go-to-market activities
2. Sustainability Consulting Service Delivery: Lead the project team in conducting sustainability consulting service, which may include marketing studies, best practice sharing, client issues diagnosis, recommendation on sustainability improvement actions and sustainability technology adoption.
3. Project Management: Perform the role of a project manager by forming a project team consisting of members from BG and consulting service team to execute sustainability consulting project, make sure the delivery quality and effectively communicate work progress and achievements to client senior management team.

As an ESG Sustainbility & Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the company’s ESG strategies. This position is part of the General Manager Office, demonstrating the company’s strong commitment to making ESG a core part of its business strategy.
Your responsibilities will include corporate sustainability management, carbon reduction planning, product carbon footprint assessments, and international ESG certifications. You will also collaborate across departments to drive the company’s sustainability goals and engage with stakeholders.
In response to the growing global focus on net-zero emissions, sustainable supply chains, and regulatory compliance, this role is expected to become a key driver of ESG transformation and innovation within the company, working closely with senior management to enhance the company’s sustainability competitiveness.

Responsibilities :
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Promote organizational greenhouse gas inventory for domestic and international sites, achieve carbon reduction goals, and foster climate action.
2. Execute product carbon footprint assessment projects to improve the environmental performance of products.
3. Execute ESG/renewable energy-related international certifications to enhance the company's sustainable competitiveness in the global market.
Secondary Support:
4. Integrate and prepare corporate sustainability reports to meet regulatory requirements and stakeholder demands.
5. Integrate corporate governance assessments to promote sustainable development dimensions, enhancing corporate governance and sustainability performance.
6. Drive and maintain the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) management system to ensure the supply chain meets sustainability standards.
7. Facilitate cross-departmental and stakeholder collaboration, introduce sustainability thinking, execute ESG projects, and communicate effectively.
8. Conduct ESG training and awareness activities to enhance employee and stakeholder participation and understanding.
