About the Role / 職務說明
Drive sales of enterprise cybersecurity and networking solutions by leveraging
proven expertise in cybersecurity services to identify client needs, deliver
impactful solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
success and surpass targets.
您將負責推廣企業資安與網路解決方案,協助客戶建構安全、穩定且高效的 IT
環境。這是一個結合 新客戶開發 與 既有客戶經營 的角色,需具備策略思維、
解決方案導向,並能與技術團隊及跨部門單位緊密合作,共同完成專案與業績
目標。
What You'll Do / 主要職責
• 開發為主、維護為輔,服務企業客戶,挖掘新商機
• 分析客戶 IT/資安需求,偕同技術提供完整解決方案
• 與專案團隊、原廠合作,確保專案交付成功
• 制定並執行銷售策略,提升市場佔有率
• 定期拜訪客戶,提出升級與延伸服務建議
What We're Looking For / 任職條件
• 5 年以上 IT 或資安產業業務經驗
• 曾成功銷售任一資安相關解決方案
• 熟悉資安架構或網通產品
• 擅長提案、簡報與專案溝通
• 團隊作戰精神,能帶領或支援跨部門合作
• 態度積極,能承擔業績挑戰,職銜您決定
Nice to Have / 加分條件
• 單一專案銷售金額超過千萬
• ERP、CRM 系統使用經驗
• 網通或資安相關證照
• 能有效運用之產業人脈
1. 銷售目標上傳 Upload sales target
2. 營運(商品)相關報表製作
Daily/weekly/monthly/sales performance reports,Weekly preparation of best sellers by categories and photobook sales numbers updates as well as linestore product list maintanance.
3. 協助跨部門會議與教育訓練
Assist Inter-departmental meeting and training running smoothly
4. 處理門市發票付款等單據核對
Provide administrative support to store operations team such as, invoice checking & payment follow-up
5. 門市庶務事項管理與消耗品訂購
Stores general affairs management and maintenance
6. 協助上級主管業務與其它臨時分配事項
Cooperate with supervisor and assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
7.負責百貨合約更新與歸檔管理,並辦理門市保險年度續約。
Responsible for department store contract renewal and filing management, as well as annual store insurance renewal.
8.每月瑕疵品申報/商品上下架表格維護
Monthly upload defective list and other reports when required.
This Receptionist role will employed via JLL and be based at our client's site in Neihu District. We have multiple clients from American technology firms to Korean technology firms.
Role and Responsibilities may include:
• Handle / redirect incoming calls in a professional manner
• Greet and guide visitors upon their arrival and notify the end user being visited
• Facilitate the visitor registration process
• Receive and sort incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
• Distribute mail and packages to the appropriate recipients or departments
• Badge management including issuing temporary badge and managing access
• Maintain documentation of security procedures, incidents, and resolutions
• Seat map and personal locker management
• Receive and redirect requests / concerns from end users by phone or email to appropriate facility staff or on-site vendor to handle
• Provide administrative support to senior management as required
