Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in media agency, or related field.
2.8+ years of experience in media planning, strategy, or client service roles within an advertising or media agency.
3.Proven ability to develop and execute integrated media strategies across offline and digital platforms.
4.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and mentoring junior staff.
5.Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and act as a strategic partner.
6.Skilled in creating and delivering compelling presentations, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
7.Experience working with media vendors and ability to bring innovation and new opportunities into planning.
8.Strong business acumen with a focus on budget management and client profitability.
9.Experience in new business development and pitching.
10.Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
11.Proficient in media tools and systems (e.g. Nielsen, Google tools, or other media research platforms).
12.A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
We are looking for a stellar Business Development Manager.
The ideal candidate will be reporting to the branch director, implementing project management and marketing strategy, and can strengthen our brand voice to all potential clients.
Responsibilities
1. Assisting the team to develop potential clients and expand the marketing field to achieve annual performance targets.
2. Formulate client and brand promotion strategies and regularly meet with clients to maintain stable CRM.
3. Re-inspect the developed records and reports to propose marketing plans.
4. Prepare budget items and expenses, also participate in budget review meetings.
5. Observe and understand client preferences to determine the key point of future targets.
6. Implement marketing or brand strategies that meet the company's goals and client satisfaction.
7. Manage domestic marketing and business teams.
8. Collect market-competitive product information and analyze it.
9. Inter-departmental coordination and project execution.
Requirements
1. English proficiency is a MUST. Proven rich experience in English with writing and speaking.
2. Proficiency in languages other than English is preferred.
3. 1-2 years of business development experience.
4. With 2 years of relevant experience and have a good ability to work independently.
5. Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player.
6. Knowledge and experience in brand marketing channels are preferred.
7. Participants with exhibition experience or event management experience are preferred.
8. Have good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
